Does electrical power help, get in the way of, or simply does not sway one way or another divination and Spiritual contact?
In reading Alister Crowley and the Ouija Board, it is said that electricity has the elemental affinity of fire; if I have read correctly. If I remember right, it recommended turning off electrical lights and even turning of the power switch if easily possible.
Some tend to think, however, that Spirits drain electrical energy to help them manifest. Such as when some say that Spirits drain batteries to help get the energy to manifest.
Some also call a room with certain amounts of electrical exposure to be a fear cage as it is likely to have people feel like they are being watched.
Is there any consensus on whether or not electrical energy is helping or hindering Spiritual contact?
