Definately in my view. A similar thing happened to Cathy O'Brien. The changing earth and surrounding electrical field is making it harder to control humans on any level. Eventually everyone will wake up nomatter how "asleep" or programmed they've been.

If the programming were to break down and the controlled was free of the illunmiati influnece, then maybe they would wake up and find their true purpouse in life. The pictures shown of Britney in the UK in the newspaper showed her in a terrible state. Part of me feels quite sorry for the girl, I do think very much that she is mind controlled. It was strange how after she spent 24hrs in rebab (or should I say possibly a top up mind control session) that she then went and did what she did with her hair and got two permanent tatoos (marks often used on mind controlled people as per previous books etc I have read).

I was starting to wonder if she was brainwashed to do what she did, so whoever could prove to her that they are still in control of her. Or then again like someone else stated here maybe she is starting to spiritually wake up and is trying to rebel or regain control of her mind body and life again.

I was just thinking today about the whole Britney thing, with her suicidal attempts, drug taking out of control reports, excessive partying reports, shaving her head, threats to take her kids away etc. I now think its obviously meant to expose her in some way, because previously she was very well protected and guarded from any scandal.

I am starting to think that maybe she is a stronger spirit/soul than they whoever they are who have mind controlled her ever though she could be.
