I will always vote for democracy, for that is the best way. Why should we people bow and scrape to someone who is born in priveledge.

Well, why should 45% of the people bow to a leader who they did not want?

Lordship, I'm sorry to say but that is the will of the majority. But royality, like the Queen was not decided by us. She had a weird bloodline which enabled her to be our 'superior'. What is all this curtesys and HRH nonsense given to that woman, she has never ever done a proper day's work.

I agree with you about royality.
However, I do not agree with "democracy". I agree with choosing laws in a democratic way, and everybody working together to make the laws perfect for everyone to be happy with.
But I do not agree with democracy. The majority has no right to impose their will onto me.

I get your point lordship, we can all be individuals and happy with it.
What pi$$es me off, is that the Goverment of GB allows no one to decide whether they want to go to Europe or not.

Did you vote for any of the people deciding?

Well I voted Labour in 97, but after Iraq I didn't bother with the elections.
The GB public deserve a Yes/No vote to Europe.

Of course, I agree with you on that. But then you need to write letters of concern and start a petition to allow for a vote on the situation by the public, and not business men. (I'm only guessing that most of the politians in the GB Chambers are business men, I don't know for sure)

the gb public won't know or care untils too late, then they will act like they are concerned, the victim syndrome. the country's gone, and they cannot and will not do anything.

Usually it's a good thing to spark optimisim in someone to start a change, rather than fear of "there's nothing you can do".
