Where can I preorder the book?

When I tried to preorder the book in this site, it tells me that non-residents of the UK (or something among those lines) can't get items weighing more than 2 kilograms shipped to them (I live in the US). So is there anywhere else to preorder the book?

Amazon, althought im pretty sure US citizens can pre-order the book from david icke books website, i've read some posts from US citizens on here who stated they had pre-ordered the book. :)
