We create our realities on the basis of our thoughts, and we continuously "compound" (using an expression typical of the dimensional beings that I find particularly appropriate) them in a vicious circle that becomes "how we think is" all our life...

Furthermore, this "self-built reality" is continuously confirmed and "inflated" by the constant interaction with others, so each one of is nothing more than a little gear of this huge mechanism we call life on earth, but it would be better to call it "machine on earth" or simply "MAYA/MATRIX"!

In other words, our thoughts GIVE THE ENERGY FOR MATRIX TO EXIST (remember when Morpheus shows to Neo the real world and says that human being are "seeded" to become batteries to feed Matrix?)

So, the starting point for a practical solution to stop being "batteries for Matrix" could be:

PHASE 1 - REALIZING THAT THOUGHTS CREATE "OUR" PERCEIVED REALITY

1) Don't accept anything for granted: start our personal test to see by ourselves how things are really going on.
We could name this test "Thought Experiment" and assign to it half a day of time to be completed.

2) As soon as we start our experiment, begin to see thoughts as they were separate from ourselves. Start observing them and see what happens, as we were watching a movie on TV (remember popcorn Smile).

3) Observe how the thoughts trigger the emotions and feelings (feel them in your stomach) and then the words we speak and then the way we behave.

4) Observe how the words we speak and the way we behave, trigger the thoughts and the behavior of the people we interact with.

5) Observe how the words and the behavior of the people we interact with, trigger "our" thoughts and then "our" emotions/feelings (keep attention to the stomach) and then "our" words and then "our" behavior.

6) Observe how the Media trigger our thoughts and "then etc etc"

7) Observe how Advertisement triggers our thoughts and "then etc etc"

8 ) Observe how Religion triggers our thoughts and "then etc etc"

9) Observe how Money triggers our thoughts and "then etc etc"

10) Observe how Fashion triggers our thoughts and "then etc etc"

11) Observe how Music triggers our thoughts and "then etc etc"

12) Observe how Authority (Government, Police, Bureaucracy) triggers our thoughts and "then etc etc"

13) When the experiment is finished, write down on a piece of paper or use a digital recorder to store your impressions.

14) If this experiment convinced you that it's really true (because you experienced it) that thoughts create the reality, now you can start PHASE 2

PHASE 2 - DISCONNECTING YOURSELF FROM MATRIX

1) When a thought comes in your head, don't assign to it the label: "my thought". Define it as "a thought that is passing through my head"

2) Study the thoughts that are passing through your head as you were a National Geographic documentarist whose job is to study animals in the Amazon Forest. Begin to analyze their behavior and their habits.

3) Once you're become reasonably clever in studying the thoughts, you're able to "feel" the thoughts arriving in your head.

4) When you feel the thought arriving, create your personal technique or use the Osho Moment Management technique ( YouTube - Broadcast Yourself. ) to stop the thought to trigger automatically your words and your behavior. In other words, be aware of the fact that IN THAT PRECISE MOMENT YOU ARE IN CONTROL OF YOUR THOUGHT AND NOT VICE-VERSA. Now YOU ARE THE BOSS! YOU CAN DECIDE TO STOP THE TRIGGER, TO STOP THE MECHANISM, TO STOP THE ENSLAVEMENT!

5) Create a "training program" for your thoughts of at least 21 days to "discipline" it.

6) In these 21 days, try to be the least exposed possible to influence of Mass Media, especially TV.

7) Forgive yourself every time a thought have triggered automatically a behavior that not support yourself as you really are.

8) Enjoy yourself!

9) Share your process with all the people of the forum.

10) Share your process with all the people of the world so that all together we can FUCK THE MATRIX!!!!!!!!!!

This is great- i have been doing this for a week now- im reading the book....'The Divine Matrix' by Gregg Braden - its a brilliant bok and really goes deep into how we create our reality and how we can cause such things as quantum leaps etc, through this book it has spurred me on to start thinking or observing my thoughts and my reactions to transactions with others regarding communicating! very interseting!!:)

Spirits and their slaves will be without power.

Do you think when someone dies from a negative influence, eg drug overdose, are they really still earthbound, until they understand what happened to them? Is this a new age myth? Or is it that the entities who were draining them are still around wanting another host? Is that what people experience as ghosts? I am interested in your feedback as you seem to have a lot of experience with these things. I am still reading your previous posts to see if I can relate to my experiences too. Thanks for yr input.

A soul is confined in the earth beacuse don't have the ability to fly away. If a soul don't have enough energy have to stay superimposed to the matter like a human or animal body or inside the earth or the sea.

Or is it that the entities who were draining them are still around wanting another host? Is that what people experience as ghosts?

Spirits need your energy for food. They are prevented to get the energy coming from God, the sun of multiverse. The sky (in multiverse sense) is obscured for spirits and demons. Do you remember 'The Matrix' ?

Body energy is generated by fear, sex (masturbation, in couple but especially in group) and rituals/collective manifestations (eg. music concert, churchs, ..)

YJ, Is it anything with strong emotion attached, eg. terror, sorrow, anger, intense jealousy, depression, greed, lust? So I would think it depends on the emotions experienced when an action takes place?

I think it is the attachment to the strong "feed" of the feeling they get. ??? What is the site please?

SOF, Thanks, I was trying to relate to a couple of experiences I had, about the gay friend who was with someone who died of drug overdose. I think both those people carried entities and seeing the friend was so confused when he died, he will be earthbound as well as the entities who were attached to him. I can no longer help my friend as he has left this city and found another boyfriend who also has similar problems. I guess he is not strong enough and has too much baggage and entities controlling him. I am ok with just sending a letter now and then, but I did not want him around me much, far too draining. He has developed charming strategies to get people to like him but underneath you feel an undercurrent. I let it go.

About my mother who passed away, do you think these entities wait around them until the end, or do they seek someone else to bother before that event? I am concerned about my sister a little, as she seems to have anorexia, and has very bad temper. She is a scorpio anyway, so we always had to watch out?!!!

If the ghost is earthbound do they hang around the family as well as the entities? That seems like a double load!! I feel I helped my mother to leave this plane, may give you details another time, but I understood that she needed me to help her.

They use our body until the end.

A ghost is a visible manifestation of an entity (having a dragon shape).
They use your bloodline as a ship to navigate in our time-space.

The only solution to push away these entity is GOD.
Prayers are a powerful tool. Ask to GOD to help and protect you and your family.
Pray for your mother, your sister and your friend.

Another thing which I think we should ask ourself is: If we can either choose to charge the matrix with energy or not, and most of us will inevitably do that at some point(throughout the day), then doesn't that give the matrix a surplus either way?
Can't we do more than just not feeding it? Now you might say wake up others, but that's only going so fast as it's going.

Change your point of view. The question is how to get energy from the matrix.
The way is obviously to raise the kundalini, getting energy from the universe. Next to be connected to Holy Trinity, getting GOD energy. This fuck completely what you call 'the matrix' and your soul will grow quickly.

God is the way, everything else is illusion (David Icke docet).
