I found this report in todays Metro newspaper (online).

Footage of policemen swearing and smashing up beer cans with a baseball bat on YouTube has caused outrage.
Senior officers were said to be 'extremely concerned' after four clips appeared on the video-sharing website featuring members of a specialist squad.
The footage is intended to be comical but the matter has been referred to the Professional Standards Department, which will investigate the case.
In the clip featuring the baseball bat, one policeman faces the camera and says: 'We are supposed to go to football today and I'm not f****** happy, so with that in mind I'm taking it out on this f******* can.'
The footage is believed to have been posted by members of Plymouth's Tactical Aid Group which carries out drug raids and is called in to handle 'challenging' situations.
The films have now been taken down.
