Psychic Attack This Morning?

Whilst sleeping in the early hours of this morning I had a sense of something approaching in my dream.

Suddenly I felt myself invaded by something extremely negative and it scared the shit out of me! I could feel something forcing itself into my mind. I was terrified this thing would get in and take control!

I was now awake and the sensation was still present. This thing was really evil! The only thing I could think of doing at the time was to concentrate on thoughts of love and God. Not easy to do when your feeling so afraid.
I focused the best I could and repeated affirmations to myself until the sensation stopped.

Not surprisingly, the experience has left me very shaken!
Was it a vivid nightmare? It didn't bloody feel like it!

Has anyone had any similar experiences? Does anyone know effective ways to protect against this?:(

There's a level of waking from sleep where we have odd physical experiences. It also contributes to feelings of euphoria, and some intelligent people have Eureka ideas. Also yes people do sense ghosts and hear unpleasent things. It's all part and parcel of our bodies adjusting to consiousness after we leave sleep. That doesn't mean something "evil" was in your room but you were coping after waking. We do at different levels. On another day you might feel something nice.

I've had lots of dreams where I was being attacked by 'demons'.. Some pretty fucking dark ones too where I've been attacked sexually, and trust me it felt more real than waking life... Not nice..

Oddly enough, the last time I had one of my more lucid 'demon' dreams was a while back now and the 'demon' was disguised as Michael Caine! Very weird. In that particular one, I was able to open my heart fully and I kind of broke the spell, and I haven't had one since.. Only a dream I know, but they all felt very real to me, and the experiences left me a little shaken..

i had a dream a few years back, it was almost like i was awake tho, the 'devil' spoke to me out of the darkness and i was in bed facing the cieling and couldnt move or speak i used all my strength and got out of bed and stumbled to the door and told him to fuck off (i was still asleep tho but it was very real) I woke up in a cold sweat scariest thing iv ever experienced.

I had them attack me on many occasions in my dreams. It was around the same time i joined this forum, it all stopped.

I have learnt to overcome them, by having no fear; and laughing in their faces.

Now they can't come anywhere near me.

And it amuses me. :D
