Oh well that was obvious lol. So what you think they doing? Trying to crack down on the Positive Energies emanating from your Home? I wouldn't be surprised if they're watching you, this is what they do to drive one crazy.
I first saw these vans last year belonging to the council, I am only guessing that they were looking for traffic violations, they could be keeping an eye on certain places, people or things for a variety of reasons, last night there were 2 huge Fire Engines in my road, no fire, no smoke, yet one of the engine's had an extendable CCTV unit equipped with speakers, I filmed it, and it shows up quite clearly.
It must be another measure of control I think: "Stay in your homes, the situation is serious and being dealt with" "If you leave the 'safety' of your home, we will not be responsible for your well being" etc

It is just a mobile CCTV vehicle in the photo. Probably has good use watching football thugs after a game or watching drunk thugs on a Friday night. As long as it is used against those people I don't mind. Once they equip them with remote control weaponry we need to get concerned. Have you noticed it has back doors? That is for RoboCop. He pops out and grabs you if you are carrying a copy of an Icke book. :)

My mail was just delivered and I noticed the mail truck had a satellite on it.
I was wondering what for - so I did a search. All I could find was this photo of a postal inspector truck with a satellite (and no explanation).

Any ideas why a U.S. mail truck would be equipped with a satellite? The only thing I can think of is some kind of GPS system - but surely they would not need a big satellite on the truck?

LOL, Ha, that looks like one of the so-called TV licensing vans that we had in the uk. I don't think I ever saw one on the streets, and I don't know anyone who saw one either. It was meant to be able to tell if you had a TV on and if you had a Licence, in truth I think I only ever saw them on the BBC news.

Good question. I know the postal inspector can be involved in combatting postal crimes such as certain scams or people stealing credit cards or credit card applications, filling them out, gaining approval, then using them and sticking the intended application recipient with the bill.
Maybe the office uses that sophisticated unit for special types of investigations to try to catch bad guys whose crimes fall under their jurisdiction- who knows?

Thank you for your answers!
I live in Arizona and there is an air of unrest here due to the "police state" situation - so it made me suspicious. I had never seen it before.
I just went to run some errands and I saw two houses that I pass by every day. Today they had U.S. flags flying in their yards (first time). It kind of gave me the creeps.
So the satellite would be used to spy inside homes?

Possibly, 'they' say the technology's there.
I'm clocking out for the day. I'll see you all tomorrow. :)
