HAARP and its compartmentalized earthquake agenda:
What would be a perfect front to show that HAARP is a passive research establishment devoid of malevolent actions? First off you would have an open house every six months, for people who are handpicked from a visitor wish list so they can come and ask questions. Of course the people that are allowed to visit are briefed on the kinds of questions they can ask and a full FBI background check would take place behind the scenes regarding any potential visitor candidates for HAARP. Once a visitor is allowed through the gates of electromagnetic doom; they are greeted by congenial research students who are completely oblivious to HAARPs true power and that it is an earthquake weapon of mass destruction (i.e. e WMD). Of course a handful of the scientists helping with the ionosphere research know about its earthquake capability and its record of causing earthquakes. Therefore the military may threaten their scientists with a painful exit out of this world if they revealed any research of the e WMD to the press. Likewise all this would be done in a highly compartmentalized fashion as to not let the students know what’s going on and the visitors would only be privy to indirect lies regarding ionosphere research.
The plane truth regarding HAARP’s capabilities come from its highly focused phased array. HAARP’s phased array can beam very high frequencies at any coordinates longitude and latitude wise within the F2 region of the ionosphere. This in turn up kicks MeV electrons in the desired F2 ionosphere region; creating anomalies with the geomagnetic fields in the earth as in the repulsion or attraction of flux fields! Or like a feather creating a ripple in a pond. This ripple effect below the target zone of the F2 region destabilizes the faults setting off earthquakes not unlike a feather disturbs a pond where a microorganism would see the ripple as a tidal wave.
