Hi all, Just want to know about your thoughts on her - Doreen Virtue. I'm not to sure about her, she talks about acended masters and even mentions ashatar command in one of her books. However, a psychic recommended her to me, and I know that this psychic is for real...but hmmm.

Hmmm is right. I think she promotes (knowingly or unknowingly) the idea that angels are able to heal you spiritually.

Wish it was that easy, but it's not. This is a DIY process, and unfortunately we have to roll up our sleeves and get busy with it ourselves.

She has a clever backdoor. If it doesn't work, well then you're not channeling properly, or whatever.

It might be right for some people, but it doesn't feel right for me.

Personally, for me, as soon as I hear the words 'ashtar command' and 'ascended masters' I'm instantly put off...

More newage psychobabble (my favourite word now), she's being taken for a ride by her astral entities...I've seen many people like this.

These astral beings just want to have some influence over this world, they say anything to the people that can hear them that will give them some power in the world. Eventually these clowns break down.

i have read some of her books, i feel i am reading a fairy tale. anyway i don't remember her ever speaking of ashtar command? what book was that?

she is psychic though, and my friend had a reading with her and she was very spot on. i think she is genuine.

don't get fooled by these psychic's.
it's not because they perform a little magic and tell something that is true.... they speak only truth.
