Seen alot of contradicting research on D3.

Some say pregnant women should not take D3 at because its dangerous.

Others say D3 is healthy for pregnant women.

Why so much confusion over d3:)

I don't think the medical community gives it the proper consideration. It is actually a hormone that regulates the immune system. I know that I have seen the stats that say 97% of deaths will be attributed to an auto-immune disorder. I have read a lot of articles noting that many folks are Vitamin D3 deficient. I would make sure you watch both of the vids on the page I sent you. Also look up Dr. Rimma Liabow regarding Vitamin D. IMO I think there are very valid reasons for it. However, my background is in engineering so I would do your own research and trust yourself to make the right decision. If you are the one pregnant then congratulations are in order! My biggest piece of advice is not to trust the Fraud and Death Administration's(FDA) recommendations. I believe there is a lot of disinfo floating around from government regulatory bodies about D3 because they want you sick, dependent, and buying drugs instead of your own immune system taking care of business.

Yes the vids were very interesting.
I watched another one about sunshine and the doc mentioned you can wash the vit d from your skin if you shower with soap. He mentioned it takes 48 hours for the body to absorb the vitD into the body so very easy to wash of .If you do not give the vit D time to absorb into the body.

Very interesting:)

Yeah the soap washing information was new for me as well. In responding to your post I learned something new as well so I guess we both won :). If you are a mom-to-be all I can say is as a dad I can understand you may be putting yourself under a lot of pressure to make sure you do the right thing for your child. Make sure it is you who is the ultimate authority on what gets done. My sister just gave birth. She was going to get the Swine Flu shot even though I implored her to do her research first. She looked at me with disdain and as if I was stupid. She basically told me that she was going with what her doctor recommended and that was the end of it. Her attitude was that her doctor was the expert and that her word was gospel. I am not angry she got the vaccine against my advice. I am mostly angry that she didn't even question the information and do her own research. I believe you are doing the right thing to question and research. Whatever your decision ends up being I applaud you for it.
