Springmeier is not imprisoned in The United States of America because of false charges. A charge is a charge, an accusation with a price tag.
People are in prison because an independent jury of their peers has looked at the evidence and has decided that the charges were fair and reasonable, and the evidence sufficient, beyond all reasonable doubt, that they are guilty of the crimes with which they have been charged.
Mistakes are made, of that there is no doubt, but a charge cannot be labelled as "false" until it is proven to be so, and a prisoner released on appeal, or the charges quashed.

As an insider, from an high grade satanic family, Mr. Springmeier (is this name real?) opened up a dark door with his books.
Many people seem to hate him.

Right,so no one ever get's framed? I can't believe you look at everything in this way?
He could easily be innocent.
I bet if he had kept his mouth shut & not opened peoples eyes to what's going on that there would be a strong chance he would be a "free" man...

To me he was inside as Programmer/Kontroller, then he left and spoke.
Some of his exposé are very, very wicked.
.
In a Newsletter he makes the following statements on page 8:
"These five tools will help you to protect yourself from the deception of the controlled media. To summarize they are:
1. Learning to unwarp whatever we learn to get back to what is the kernel of truth in a statement.
2. Learning difference between general and specific truths.
3. Learning how probability and statistics can be used and misused.
4. Learning how truth is a balance of opposites.
5. Learning that there are different levels to understanding anything."
.
Springmeier has published several books, most notably, Be Wise As Serpents, The Watchtower and the Masons, The Top 13 Illuminati Bloodlines, The Illuminati Formula Used to Create an Undetectable Total Mind Controlled Slave and Deeper Insights.

Exactly. And what is scary is that people are so easy to assume your guilt just on the authorities say so. Can you imagine they wanted to set you up & paraded your face on local news channels & in the local papers? People would be saying "I always knew that that bobbydiva was up to no good..!" Just because the paper told them so! That is the power they have over people. The other reason I think he was innocent i these crimes was because it would have made it way to easy for them to lock him up.

A charge is a charge, an accusation with a price tag.
Fritz A. Springmeier, also known as Victor E. Schoff, and his wife are accused of first-degree manufacture and distribution of a controlled substance, and conspiracy to manufacture and distribute controlled substances.

I agree. He could be innocent. However, the system is designed both to avoid this and also to correct errors.
If you have a doubt, send his lawyer some of your money in order to assist his appeal. I will not be joining you.
Is he appealing against his conviction? I can't find anything on the net that tells me that he has not accepted his guilt. I personally believe that he is as guilty as he possibly could be and is in the right place because society requires protection, especially our children.

He's in jail for cultivating a free fruit of our mother earth, while others,
as evil satanists, crazy nazis, deceptive masons and materialist zionists,
run free and keep acting as stated by Mr. Springmeier in his books.

Correction: he has been jailed on "aiding and abetting a bankrobbery" charges. The cultivation of maraijuana was added to that. He says they "planted" the plants. I don't know how he imagines police doing that. I think he's not being entirely truthful there.
BTW he will be out this September. I wrote him a letter but got no reply.

i will have to read up on it all again now! If I can remember, he said that they showed him on tv & showed pictures of seized AK47's & a big Ganja grow but that it was old tv footage but was used on tv to trick people into beleieveing that it was his stash of guns & drugs, which if they did do this, was wrong, I know this is another matter, i.e the media but it is still wrong & does bear influence on his outcome as to guilty or not.
This is the first time which I have listened to Fritz Springmeier before, even though I have heard about him quite sometime (need to order his books).
The reason(s) which he mentions for certain groups, people drinking blood as a drug intake makes more sence than the; 'They use childrens blood to hold their form' -
I believe David Icke as been misleaded in this area, which is understandable with how much information he as received over the years. It's a shame there isn't more recorded lectures/interviews.

There is quite a few recordings of Fritz out there ...A four hour lecture he gave I can reccomend as well as a lecture to the propehcy club... These took place in the early nineties i believe
He has many books as well that are worth a read
Anyone who has actually read his books or heard his lectures knows exactly why this man is in jail ... The amount of revisioned history and revelatory informatoin on certain families / bloodlines he presents is phenomenal... A very in depth researcher that began to deprogram people who had been under intense mind control, as well as the general population that is currently under a very similar type of mind control.. TRAUMA based MIND CONTROL... They absolutely had to shut him up when he started talking about these subjects

Sounds like the same old bag of tricks from satan discredit the witness and whatever he says is false. Limited but predictable response.
What about what he has exposed is it true? Thats the question you are skirting.

I was not a witness to any of the crimes carried out by: Ed Gein; Charles Manson; Ted Bundy; David Berkowitz; Mary Ann Cotton; Ailene Wuornos.
On the basis of your question presumably you would have released them from prison and set them loose on their populations.
Completely bonkers.
