The date on the video is 2004 so this sort of brutality has been going on in the US for sum time.
The police in the UK have just been issued with tazers and the public have been repeatedly told that the devises are perfectly safe, so safe in fact it is legal in the UK for the police to tazer a baby.

It seems like in all of these police brutality videos there are always a large number of cops on one person. They take on a mob mentality.
Why is it that 10+ assumedly well trained cops can't subdue 1 person without weaponry or violence?
Seriously, how hard can it be when you outnumber someone by such large numbers.

My husband showed this video to me last night, and I was horrified! He read an article that said this man's wife had called 911 because he was suffering an epileptic seizure.
