Does anyone use a lot of natural lighting? I hate electric lights and I was thinking of getting oil lamps instead...
Does anyone know anything about this? Are there any better natural lightings than oil lamps?

I was told by my relatives that in hungary people sometimes got headaches because they didn't get enough sunlight (to move vitamin d - most people think sunlight gives you vitamin d, that's absurd, it helps move vitamin d) during winter, so they sat around the table with their eyes closed facing a candle, to remedy the situation. However, it doesn't work with artificial lighting.
Plus, there is talk that modern day lighting, LED, down lights and all those types of things are used to carry ELF signals. Down lights, btw, are one of my personal pet hates, no matter how many you have, you still can't see a darn thing:mad:
So you are in my mind looking in the right direction.

Can you tell me how I use the sun to see whether I've wiped my arse well enough or not at 3am?

Yes, I do it often as well. It feels like being recharged in fact I have to do it to remedy all this ugly unnatrual lighting I get from the computer and indoors...I also do a lot of astronomy, I think you get different kinds of energy from different stars and planets...

For sure mate.. And I'm totally with you on un natural lighting..
I love computers, maybe too much, and they definitely fuck your eyesight up. Also, I worked in a kitchen for a few years under fluorescent lighting and they give off such a weird vibe.
Now I just use covered lamps where ever possible..

They use the flicker rate at supermarkets to put you into a suggestive mood. I heard Alex Jones say TV is set exactly to the same standards as what they put monkeys under at the University of Texas, I haven't seen the sources behind that but he's usually pretty reliable with stuff like that...I don't know about computers but they can't be good.
What about those ugly orange lights in England, they are fucking stupid...
Normal electric bulbs have a flicker to them also and probably are not good for you...
I would like to find a good way to get a kind of candle or oil lamp but can read by with not too much difficulty.

Basically (and obviously) the more candles you have going, the more light they will give off.. If you place the candles well, then you will be able to light a whole room easily..
Apart from that, I know of no standardized natural lighting sources available.. Though you've got me thinking, so now I'm off to do a little search..

switch to solar power and full spectrum bulbs chris... bout the best thing you can do... Candles are nice too... No oil lamps inside bad for lungs, also use natural beeswax candles

was going to mention supermarkets nasty form of lighting and always m,akes me feel strange , the tv is broadcast at the frequency that lulls you into a diferent suseptable brain wave activity i have been told unlike radio wich makes you work /more productive hence radio allowed in certain work places .gazing at the sun sunrise sunset is awesome been doing a bit lately although only sunset , when i lived in a tower block and didnt sleep all night i would watch sunrise everyday from that vantage point and sunset later from the side window , didnt know it then but i was drawing energy from it . also used a lot of candles and oil lamp back then for ambient mood !Read somewhere about people in india who watch the sun and dont need to eat ? not sure about it though as i cant verify the source ,shh dont mention sauce those poor blokes must be starving . :D
