Whats the best 'super food' to use as a chicken replacement. I train quite abit but want to cut down on meat and try and eat more organic. Ive heard Spirulina is high in protein?

Are there any which come close to the proein levels of chicken or fish?

You can get cold pressed rice, hemp and pea, soya is not good due to it being GM and hydrolised, (ie hydrogenated)

you can get cold pressed rice, hemp pea, and spirulina and other raw foods including spirulina are abundant in amino acids which are the building blocks of protein.

By the time you cook chicken you have damaged the amino acids anyway

Why not eat organic/free range chicken?

Whey and caesin.

Add an oil to the mix, such as flaxseed, Udo's, olly etc. Oil slows digestion of the whey etc.

If you are going to eat protein then that is excellent advice. Organic though - free range is a con.

Make sure it doesn't say "corn fed" or "100% vegetarian diet" - poor bloody chickens. They need bugs!
