Lee Harvey Oswald Still Alive?

Inspired by the alive 9/11 hijackers, and the fake McVeigh execution. Did Jack Rubenstein shoot Lee Harvey Oswald with a blank round, all to add a level of closure to the JFK scandal?

Both bodyguards and Oswald should be able to clearly see a man lunging forward with a gun, but they carry on walking as if it is a scripted scene:

The gunman makes an exaggerated firing gesture. Oswald pulls a ridiculous theatrical grimace while the bodyguard on the left just mimics the gunman with an imaginary gun and lets it all happen:

so he's probably dead. ;)

Well, it was scripted in that Oswald was to be killed and thats why security backed off. Oswald knew too much, especially his work in monkey viruses his with Dr. Mary Sherman and David Ferrie. In fact, this was probably why he was set up in the first place.
