We don't know what these peculiar objects are, but they certainly don't look like anything one would normally find at an airbase. Note that what at first glance may appear to be incorrect shadows are actually enormous pits dug out of the earth. And the three-sided pyramid is perhaps the most intriguing of all, especially since it appears to be made of dirt.

Area 51 must have a huge underground section because of the number of people who work there. Thousands get flown out on the Janet planes every day. Richard Sauder says that numbers of people too great to fit inside a small building going in and and out are a dead giveaway that there is something beneath it. A car park that looks too big for its building is another. There's a building in Oxford like that; i'll keep you posted on that.

I'm sure a lot of it is censored. I know for a fact that Google Earth censors some things because I've seen things that don't appear on it. Maybe these things slipped through the net.

You can pay for an "advanced" google earth that zoom right in, (Google Earth Pro), the free one gives you a blurred(ish) far away picture.

Yeah I agree with hagbard_celine, it is a place of intrigue and as we all live on the same planet I feel we all have the right, no matter where we are located to know what is going on in there!
They are supressing the activites of the place, which may effect the entire planet for all we know.

The only thing that has been going on in Area 51 since 1995 is Administration, all of the other activities were either moved to Utah air force base or to the S-4 facility beneath and around Area 51 and most probably some of it to S-2 since area 51, S-4 and S-2 make up the groom lake range.

As for the structures - in the first image you're looking at the old Ion Propulsion testing range, it was constructed from rock because its the one material that was least likely to cause any unforseen problems (eg with magnetics) whilst the Ion propulsion testing was taking place. In the second image, you're looking at the wind cones, used for testing streamlining and other aeronautical properties. The third image began life as a blast tunnel, to test the effect of explosive devices in tunnel environments, but now serves as one of the entrances to S-4.

yes i would like to know what these are- they have been puzzling
me for months now....again i'll reiterate what i said in my previous
posting of these pics....that they look like 'holders' similar to
those in Jurassic park to contain dinosaurs, these 'weird holders'
as i call them are not far from Area51 - just over the hill really!
(well prob hundreds of miles but google earth makes everything
seem like a few steps away!!lol)

Just found this, though i can't show you the picture, copyrights etc, but here's the link on a new structure at A51 which has been likened to the ICECAP tower in nevada test site. A51's new tower was constructed between 2005-2006, the photo was taken via satilite. Looks like an air traffic control tower but who knows..

Also a few weeks ago a little boy was attacked by a pitbull dog while waiting at a bus stop. He suffered serious injuries. ie- deep wound bites. I know this isn't a wild animal, but animals out here seem to be turning on people and acting strangely.

Today this Bird of Prey came right down on our property while we were outside. That's not unusual. But what was unusual... was he came so close to my husband he actually brushed his wings against him trying to catch a chipmunk runing on the ground! Normally, they are a fearful of humans.

I was just wondering if animals anywhere else are exhibiting strange behaviors or turning against their owners? Like I said, I'm not that far from Area 51. Maybe they are doing something there which is effecting animal behavior. People have owned wild and exotic animals here for a long time and I've never seen it this bad. They haven't been killing and maiming their owners, until now.

On Loch Long in the Firth of Clyde, Scotland there is a huge, square building about 8 to 10 storeys high and 500 feet across built on a pier. I've seen it. It doesn't appear on any map and if you zoom in on the location with Google Earth it doesn't show up. This is the Royal Navy Explosive Handling Wharf where Trident missiles are loaded aboard submarines. it's not nearly as secret as some of the stuff at Area 51, even official stuff like spyplanes, so I'd be more surpised in Google Earth didn't censor Area 51 than if they did.
