Hello everyone, i know that fibre glass resin is used for orgonite but after having a rather fascinating conversation with a friend about its uses, we were both wondering weather there was a more natural but still as sturdy resin which could be used.

Thanks in advance LadyO

I use epoxy resin. It's just as sturdy and less toxic as it releases fewer chemicals during the 'curing' process. I wouldn't say it's natural though. Some people use beeswax which is a cool idea but I don't know how the orgonite turns out.

Ahh excellent thanks for the info, its just we were thinking of all things we could make with it and diffierent moulds and forms. Also have been spreading the word as a lot of the people in the community i am in(pagan magick, occult and whathave you one) have never really heard of it so i think i started a mini craze. Intend on doing a article about it soon as well for my group. I will look into the epoxy definitly. But beeswax seeing its going to be for outdoor use i'm not sure. I know beeswax would be great for indoor use. Thankys again!

I have a suspicion that Amber (tree sap) would be ideal, but I have no idea if that could be done. :o:)
