Hi Mike how are you? i hope you are well :)

I was wondering if you could give me any advice for treating (repetitive strain injury) please.

My friend has an allergy to asprin and NSAI (anti-inflamatorys) and any suggestions regarding diet, herbal remedies, to reduce inflamation in the fingers and wrist, would be good.

She has already tried Reiki, Bowen Therapy, Acupuncture, Shiatsu, Homeopathy, Physiotherapy, CBT (cognitative Behavorial Therapy) and various meds including,

low dose Anti Depresants, Anti Epiletic Medication, Nephropam, Codridomol, co-codomal & Tramadol, also uses a tens machine.

could you recomend any other pain relief, foods, vitamins, or anti inflamation techniques, ect?

It would also be interesting too hear what other things people have tried too.

Thank you :)

well heres a link for you, either make in tinctures or directly apply with a poultice on the arm to reduce inflammation. Hope this helps. Will post more later but in a rush atm

I abandoned use of all pharma meds 2 years ago.
I use Soothanol X2 for arthritis pain and muscle cramps.

It works fast - DMSO with herbals added

Hello Mike and thanks for your reply :)

her fingers swell up, her hands a bit, and her wrists, she also has a lump that apears on one of her wrists somtimes, but im not sure if it's due to the inflamation or if it's a fluid build up.

She had one of her hands X rayed last week but ive not found out if she has got her results back from that yet.

Im going to call her later tonight and ask her for more information, i'l ask her about the X ray results too.

Thank's very much Mike :)

Hello Margaretr & Thank You for your reply too :)

I used to live next door to someone who suffers from arthritis & im glad you have found somthing that helps relive it for you :)

Thank You Margaretr :)

My friend has sufferd from RSI (reptitive strain injury) for a few years now, and when she was first diagnoised apparently the doctor told her it would heal by it's self over time, the doctors advice to her was "don't use your hands in the meantime" just how somone is ment to live their life by not using their hands is beyoned me & personally how that doctor got into practicing medicine a joke.

She has been precribed somthing from the doctors which if taken could possably trigger an arlergic reaction & she wants me to sit with her if she dose decide to go through with it, just incase.

to be honest the thought of that scares me so im hoping my gf will be there too & ide rather it be an absolute last resort so im hoping she has some success with one of the alternitives.

Thanks You's again :)

Hello Mike, my friend sent me more info on her condition ive posted what she said below.

My X ray results came back clear, the location of my pain is mainly in my wrists and my fingers swell. i have a lump on my left wrist which comes and goes.

doctor said it is fluid build up due to inflamination which comes and goes when pain really bad, my inside elbow gets sore. I wake up most mornings with pins and needles and numbness which improves once moving after about 30 mins.

i can get pain between my shoulder blades sometimes which feels like a knuckle being pressed firmly into my back general stiffness in fingers and wrists in the morning.

my wrists make a cracking noise esoecially in the morning specialist said that my first rib bone was imobilized which was manuliplated free about 3 years ago. main swelling in hands around my index finger knuckle which is visably swollen. no arthritis according to blood tests daily pain which varies according to activity

I hope this helps mike

Thank You for you time :)

Sounds like food intolerance. It happens to me if I eat things I shouldn't. I'd do an exclusion diet. Just rice for ten days and see if symptoms go away.

My fingers swollen up every winter, I think I have got them permanently damaged in the past from too much cold so now they can't stand it. They will swollen up and start to itch. (But itching them only makes it worse so I try not to do that anymore.)

I have checked it up some years ago, but the doctors couldn't find the cause. But they just looked at it and took a blood sample, not like they did any proper investigation IMO. Who knows what it really is? I do believe it is the cold though as it always happen in the winter and never in the summer. And apparantly, after what I have read online you can freeze your fingers so bad that they will get permanently damaged and kinky with cold temperatures.

Can you tell me which body part is affected please?

There is a remedy from Homotoxicology called TRAUMEEL. We use this quite a bit at the clinic. We have also trained in Homotoxicology.
Depending which body part is affected it can be taken in a pill form dissolved in the mouth, ampoules mixed with water or as we often do, shallow injected. Careful with injecting, you must have this done by a competent practitioner who like ourselves have been trained to do it.
Also there is a Traumeel cream, which is very good. If you would like further details, please let me know.
