I don't really question that Kubrick had some kind of illuminati connection (see "Eyes Wide Shut"), but some of those seem like a bit of a stretch.

He also wrote the screen play to Jesus of Nazareth,

theyre going to seem like a stretch when the point is not to make it so obvious.Your not supposed to catch on.
almost every scene in both the above movies has these symbols...no coincedence.

The secret cult scenes in Eyes Wide Shut come from the source novel, "Dream Story" by Arthur Schnitzler.

every time I watch it I can't help thinking of a guest on Greg Symanski's show called Svali who described a ritual child sacrifice under the Vatican
