It's the demonic false teaching behind it.

This New Age "self enlightnment" just didn't appear out of nowhere. The "teaching" if you will, had a beggining. Trace it and find where it's roots are based on, and you'll find it's 100% from Satan.

New Age (which has absolutely nothing new) plus the Mystery Babylon religion is the religion our "elites" pratice .............. no wonder they "externalize the hierarchy" down our throats, and we, in our very naife nature, eat it ......... without questioning it .............

Its true, there is know real answers coming out of new age teachings.
In fact there,s nothing new age about it really, its a mish mash of stuff thats been around for thousands of years.

But after recent reading of the book "Hoah,s flood",it seems that the story of the flood first was told in Babylon long before Genesis was written.

Check out " The epic of Gilgamesh".......tablet 11.

There,s no denying it,its the same story with slight variations.

It is a sad thing that Christianity condemns free thought. Further, the, "elite," are correct in what they fallow. I see New Age and the Occult as the Jedi and the Sith. They both know the same truths about how things work; they simply choose to act on these truths in two different ways that the flags of morality label as, "good," and, "evil."

I am not against the, "elite," for fallowing the correct concept of, "Do what thou wilt." I appose them because the type of society they create is self destructive. Enlightenment, these same principles, can be used for self empowerment and freedom.

The, "dark side," if you will, has created religion as a perversion of Spirituality to try to encourage much of the masses to censor their own Spirituality. It's like the drug war. It's not there to stop drugs, it's there to give the government a corner on the market for sake of money and more importantly in their eyes control. Religion calls the tenants of enlightenment evil so that some people might decide to train themselves to fear enlightenment and incorrectly call it evil. This way these people choose to go to Religion which has proclaimed itself an, "authority figure;" and choose to give their mind away. And all of this is so that Religion can stifle Spirituality and control these people who give their minds away.

Actually, "New Age" is not a religion in the strict sense of the word. We live in the New Age... at least at the very begining of it.

If you want to call it a mish-mash then fine, but that is just what you see. I don't see the Universe as a "mish-mash". I go to a banquet of food and don't call it "Mish-mash". Mish mash is when everything is thrown together with no order, so you just thow all the information together and give it no order and say, "Mish-mash". That you do.

And to say that nothing good comes of it, doesn't make any sense. Like you live with blinders on.

Has it ever occured to anyone they take an ancient tablet and use the Bible as the template. What the ancient tablet actually says is unknown, but the Bible story (Western Culturarl Perspective) is what they use to interpret the tablet? Without the Bible story, the tablet would have been translated quite differently.

For one thing, and you can ask any Kabbalist who has studied Hebrew. -- The Bible translation of Noah and the Flood is mostly incorrect, a white-washed children's story. Now wouldn't it be a remarkable coincidence if the white-washed version of what we have in the Bible was found on 6,000 year old Chaldean tablets? Impossible.

What maybe we have are the bones of each -- looking somewhat similar, legs, arms,, but without the meat ie features. A story of a great flood and man taking flight to escape it.

Enlightenment is good, in whichever form it takes.

Some mainstream religious devotees are threatened by any form of spirituality that is outside of their doctrines. I'm not 'New Ager' myself, as I see aspects of it that are no different from the other indoctrination systems.

The nay sayers have a problem with anything that's independent of religious norms. They believe that enlightenement HAS to come from outside of yourself - as if.

When I hear "New Age" I picture tarot cards and aura cleansing :p. Which to me are kinda silly things just because I don't understand them and haven't tried to (ignorance). Some very nice folks in the New Age movement, and also some zealots looking for another belief system to keep them going.

I think the New Age movement is just another type of Christianity / Buddhism / Whatever-ism. Doesn't matter. Spirituality doesn't need a name or label. After all, words are a part of the physical world.

I agree enlightenment can only be a good thing. Of course, depends on one's definition of enlightenment :). Even if "satanic" authors have contributed to the New Age movement, I don't think that necessarily makes enlightenment itself a bad thing. All religions involve some form of enlightenment.

Self-love, self-worship, self-improvement. Nothing wrong with those things IMO. If it's at the cost of others, that's where I personally disagree.

Of course there are some religions where the whole purpose is hating yourself and viewing yourself as worthless from the moment you're born. In light of that, if I had to suspect "Satan" of being behind a particular religion....hmm, wonder what that would be
