I remember in a news letter from David Icke several weeks ago, where he mentioned that a series of gum type objects had been scattered on the ground in the Isle of White.
Some had been taken to the Lab for investigation, as it was suspected that they contained a virus or simular.
David said he would let us know the lab results as soon as the samples had been returned from further investigation at another laboratory. His friend Dr Mike Lambert had mentioned having seen something of a simular nature back in the 70's or 80's being used as a biological weapon to spread contamination through the latex based substance dropped from military aviation.
I have not heard anything since and am curious as to what the results found.

I'm waiting too. Maybe it was just chewing gum after all.

I would bet its just whale semen. these kinky whales always swim too close to shore when they watch the whale porn and shoot all kinds of things on to land. just my theory

I was wondering the exact same thing. I have noticed the spots all over the place where I live (Scotland), but mostly in pedestrian zones...all along the pavement but barely any on the road. Also, since chewing gum is made from a latex type substance, it could just be chewing gum? How come there are no complaints of mysterious rubbery spots landing on people's cars/washing/plants or anything else left out overnight?
Chewing gum is a type of gum traditionally made of chicle, a natural latex product, or synthetic rubber known as polyisobutylene, which is a non-vulcanisable form of the butyl rubber (isoprene-isobutylene) used for inner tubes or to line tubeless tires. For reasons of economy and quality, many modern chewing gums use rubber instead of chicle. Chicle is nonetheless still the base of choice for some regional markets, such as in Japan.

If it was a stealth biological weopon, they wouldn't have made it so you could see it all over the place!
It's probably just mallow from Marshmallowman.
