You've been warned.
Nowhere in the EU is now "safe" unless you intend to well and truly disappear.
This is clear evidence of collusion between EU states and old separate state laws no longer apply.

I can't believe how far the implications of this is going to reach. I'm pretty disgusted with this part:
"The Spanish authorities’ decision to remove the baby from the Smiths (not their real name) is a stark warning to the increasing number of British parents seeking refuge overseas in an attempt to keep their families together...."
God forbid that we should ever want family members to be kept together

yes because that's always best for the child, and scum parents don't exist.

Organised paedos, child traffickers and murderers don't exist in the judiciary system, police force, social work and government departments either, right?

And what about the Baby P-diddy case?

Perhaps you know why this family deserve to be split from their children. Perhaps you could tell us where it says that they are scum parents and why this extreme action has been taken against them and for Spanish authorities to take their child.
"Testimony at court hearings attended by this newspaper suggested that there was “no risk” of immediate harm to the child but she remained in care because of the possibility of emotional abuse in the future...."
And this:
"Poppy, their first child, was taken into care at the age of 11 weeks in October 2008 after a psychologist gave Carissa a diagnosis of Münchausen’s by proxy. This later changed to a diagnosis of narcissistic personality disorder. Testimony at court hearings attended by this newspaper suggested that there was “no risk” of immediate harm to the child but she remained in care because of the possibility of emotional abuse in the future......"

And what about the Baby P-diddy case?
This is a separate case. Are you proposing that Social Workers have the right to split up families and take their children away just on the basis that they MIGHT harm their children in the future? That's preposterous.
