Hi Guys! :)
Just in case anyone has noticed that I've joined the forum and have been on and "lurking" but not posting at all (time for my paranoia to shine through), I'm finding it extremely interesting reading the posts on the forum and following links to different websites/videos, etc. I guess I'm so new at this and feel like such a novice that I haven't been game to post as yet.
Mind you, I've been having an awful lot of pensive coffee in one hand/fag in the other/stare out from my balcony across the landscape moments of late piecing it all together so I'm sure once I've got my thoughts collected, I'll be boring you all with my two cents worth!
Anyway, in the meantime, lest I be feared a "freemason spy" or similar, seriously I'm not! Just new to it all, and hence maybe a tad shy. I'm really looking forward to getting my thoughts together enough eventually to lay them on you all, see what you think!

Hey grover and welcome. See! It wasn't that hard was it? :D
I guess it is a bit late for you to make the trek to Coffs for this meet?

Wow, that wasn't nearly as scary as I thought it would be! Thanks so much for the welcomes!
Unfortunately, yeah, I wouldn't be able to make it to the get together. Of course during my snooping/lurking I've read all about it! :) My initial reach was, "Doh! I have to post and make it up there". It would be great to be able to get together with some like minded people to talk about it all. Maybe next time!

who is mickspiritchild???
actually that's a question I'm still trying to figure out myself?
so here's ten things I DO know about me....
i like to think
i like to listen
i think more when i listen more
i am private
i am a webforum dropout
i am polite
i am currently obsessed with dave matthews
i am more than meets my eye
i am silly
i am a poet
and apparently, my mood today is confused? as to what the fuss is about??? If I can make people paranoid, we're in big ASS'd trouble????
so, I hope this helps....
I used to think ignorance was bliss
but then I kissed my ass goodbye
and opened up my mind infinitely.
I became possibility, and what did I see?
myself…
mosaic creation’d being:
all my pieced parts are you and me and we
every one and thing being...in ~~
so I don’t think ignorance is bliss anymore.
I think it’s a prison: divisions in the making.
I think it’s war and apathy.
I think it’s a sorry excuse for humanity:
nationality jaded.
I think it’s children without hope,
starving in their huts…
while others are in the drive-up.
I think it’s a copout.
I think it’s greed and gluttony and perversion…
denial of subjectivity
in an immature tantrum…
a case of the conundrums.
I think it’s conformity
and a made for t.v. movie,
or even a dumbed-down sitcom.
and religion on a Sunday morning.
I think it invites mediocrity,
blind melancholy without seeing.
I think it labels and makes us smaller;
I think it denies our universal matter…
and wonder and imagination and beauty
I think it’s just static scatter.
I used to think ignorance was bliss.
