I have liked David for a few years now. I have a few of his books, and I do my own research too. But I cant help but argue that his statements, concepts and theories can be all pulled apart, just by taking a step back and looking at how he constructs his research information.
When he presents an argument, he intertwines his information with media, statements from higher powers and social situations. Which is fine. But then you cant go on and say that everything (or nearly everything) is controlled, because it just ruins the whole foundation of your argument. It seems like he takes the bits that help promote his argument and then dismisses the rest. Theodor Adorno (an absolute master in the study of culture) analyzes this exact subject and shows how an argument can be deconstructed by just looking at it from every angle.
I want David Icke to bring out a DVD or put something on the web, where he is actually discussing (with a few others who really know something about culture) his argument and not just giving his opinion to an audience.
I think this will really prove wether he knows your shit or not......
