Letting go of all forms of ID in USA.

Couldn't I simply relinquish all forms of formal identification (drivers license, social security number, birth certificate etc...) and consider myself a freeman? Or would there have to be a formal process? If I got a bill or notice of payment in the mail, couldn't I simply write back and tell them that that 'person' does not exist anymore?

I am writing You all in the hopes of gaining some knowledge and understanding as to the facts of several things that I have become aware of in regards to Law, Citizenship and My status as a free sovereign woman living within the physical boundaries of this land we call California and the united states of America.

For many years I have been studying and researching information and material pertaining to these things and what I am finding suggests that there is a conspiracy to deprive the People of their God given rights through sophistry, deception, fraud and outright lies.

I am not a “patriot nut job” looking for a free pass or a free ride; I only want to know the truth. I have full respect for the law and justice and hope to set the record straight here once and for all to see and hear. With that being said I would like to ask a number of questions. I ask that You please be responsive and answer these questions definitively so that I may understand the nature of our relationship properly. I will break the questions down into several sections each with a common theme.

History:
1: I have read that at the beginning of the civil war when the southern states seceded from the union that their delegates left congress in the middle of the session and that their absence left less than a quorum to do business thereby leaving them no way of adjourning properly and so congress was adjourned “Sine Die” affectively ending the de-jure congress of the united states, and that president Lincoln, as commander in chief, ordered congress to reconvene and that they then formed a corporation called U.S. Inc. which now stands as a de-facto government which We live under today. Is this true?
2: I have read that the 14th and 16th amendments to the US constitution were not properly ratified and that even the Supreme Court has ruled that is so. Is this true?
3: I have read that We have been under a constant state of emergency since the civil war and that during such emergencies the president has near dictatorial powers to run this country as Commander in Chief. Is this true?

Citizenship Status:
1: I have read that the 14th amendment created a new class of citizen/subject and that any man or woman claiming to be a U.S. citizen voluntarily subjects himself or herself to the federal governments exclusive authority mentioned in Article 1, section 8, clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution. Is this true?
2: I have read that if a man or woman were to renounce their US citizenship and claim free sovereign status that the federal government would have no authority over that man or woman. Is this true?

3: Does the state or federal government claim to have a property or security interest in My body or My private property? If so, how was such an interest created?

4: I have read that the word "person" in legal definition pertains to a corporate entity, and by reference to Myself as a "person" that I have made an unwitting tacit agreement that My flesh body is a fictitious corporate entity. Is this true?
5: I have read that the Birth Certificate is used to create some type of corporate straw man legal fiction which is then used to create a bond/security of some type which is then used by the federal government to finance its operations. Is this true? If so, please explain to me how this works and how the government has forced this joinder upon Me without My consent. If this is true what is My interest in this legal fiction?

Banking/Money:
1: I have read that the Federal Reserve Banking System is a private corporation. Is this true?
2: I have read that sometime between 1933 and 1968 that all the gold and silver money was removed from the public and replaced with the private fiat currency, “Federal Reserve Notes” and that these notes are evidence of a debt to a private corporation. Would You please explain why and how the federal government is able to allow this in clear violation of Article 1 section 8 clause 4, and Article 1 section 10 clause 1 of the US constitution?
3: I have read that “We the People” are the creditors of the national debt and that being such We have an “exemption” We can use to “set off” or “discharge” debts. Is this true? If so, please explain how a man or woman might go about using such an exemption or "set off".
4: I have read that the IRS is a foreign private corporation based in Puerto Rico. Is this true?
5: I have read that none of the fiat currency the IRS collects actually goes to pay for government services but goes to pay on the interest owed to the banking system and is sent directly to the IMF. Is this true? If not, please explain to Me what exactly happens to any currency collected by the IRS.

Travel/Liberty:
1: I have read that the act of registering an automobile with the state voluntarily gives the state a property interest in that automobile and that by doing so a man or woman is claiming to be conducting commerce on the highways and is thereby liable for taxes and performance under the commerce clause of the Constitution. Is this true?
2: I have read that the act of applying for a drivers license is an admission that I am conducting commerce on the highways and thereby makes Me liable for taxes and performance under the commerce clause of the constitution. Is this true?
3: Does the common law right to travel still exist in this state? If not, please explain how, when and where it was repealed or removed.

4: Does the California state or federal governments claim the right to dictate what a man or woman may ingest in their own bodies?
5: Does the California state or federal governments claim the right to dictate what God given plants a man or woman may grow on their own land?
6: Does the California state or federal governments claim the right to dictate what substance or property a man or woman may possess on their physical body, even if it was acquired lawfully (not stolen)?
7: Does the California state or federal government claim the right to dictate what a man or woman may build on their own land? If so, how did they acquire the interest in the property?

In conclusion I would to thank You for your timely response to these questions, as they are vitally important for Me to determine My future course of action in regards to My relationship with the California state and federal governments. I want to assure You that these questions are not trivial or frivolous in any way to Me. I am certain you must be aware of “patriots” and “conspiracy theorists” out there that are trying to usurp the power of the government to their own ends and to circumvent the laws of this land. I assure You that My interests are purely based in truth and justice. I have no desire to overthrow the lawful de-jure government of this land but my focus lies in the evidence of a conspiracy by the government to overthrow the sovereign people. I only want to be able to stand on and defend My God given rights as every single other American national should be doing and it is Your DUTY to help Me to understand these things so that I might be able to exercise My rights and secure the blessings of liberty to Myself and My family.

Dear public servants,

I, Star, for the family Hills, acting as and in the best interest of a child of my Creator, hereby formally accept for value your Oath and/or Affirmation of Office, to uphold and defend my reserved rights, given to me by my Creator, in law and commerce, which were created with imprescriptibility as mine and are unalienable in their entirety, with lawful conditions that all RETURNS must be signed Under Penalty of Perjury upholding and notwithstanding all your Oaths and/or Affirmations.

I formally accept for value with lawful conditions your delegated, regulatory authority and your timely public declaration to a fiduciary officer by Oath, limiting you to all enforcement claims brought forth, "UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY".
All charges must be presented with a claim upon which relief can be granted.

Whereas the above private contract now being in force, you are personally liable for the protection of my rights, therefore I demand you honor my reserved rights in law and commerce which were created with imprescriptibility as mine and are unalienable in their entirety. Special notice and “do not detain without specific written permission” instructions shall be sent to Kern County Sheriff and to all California and federal corporate law enforcement agencies that operate in and around the following areas; Alameda; Alpine; Amador; Butte; Calaveras; Colusa; Contra Costa; Del Norte; El Dorado; Fresno; Glenn; Humboldt; Imperial; Inyo; Kern; Kings; Lake;; Marin; Mendocino; Merced; Modoc; Mono; Monterey; Napa; Nevada; Orange; Placer; Plumas; Riverside; Sacramento; San Benito; San Bernardino; San Diego; San Francisco; San Joaquin; San Luis Obispo; San Mateo; Santa Barbara; Santa Clara; Santa Cruz; Shasta; Sierra; Siskiyou; Solano; Sonoma;; Tulare; Tuolumne; Ventura; Yolo; and Yuba counties, as these tend to be areas where I travel frequently. Permission will only be granted for claims made under oath and bonded for the amount of the claim.

If I am detained, restrained, imprisoned, charged, cited, ticketed, assaulted, injured, harassed, threatened or my rights are violated in any way whatsoever by any corporate agent acting under color of law, a fee will be assessed on the offending agent/agency as described in my Public Notice of Status included with this letter.

I require you to send to me an official document containing instructions to any corporate government agents that I may encounter not to detain, harass or impede me for any reason without a sworn warrant, which must be accompanied with a sworn affidavit stating a claim upon which relief can be granted and bonded for the amount of the claim.

As for your status as a representative agent to and for the state and federal corporate governments, I hereby forbid you from making any legal determinations or taking any legal actions other than those prescribed herein, on my behalf. I am quite capable of determining my own status and capacity. Any attempt on you or your agents’ parts to circumvent the spirit of my requests and demands will be seen as a direct assault on my sovereignty, a breach of good faith, misconduct and possibly insurrection or even treason depending on the circumstances.


Your response is required within 10 days of receipt of this letter. Failure to respond will be considered a breach of good faith, misconduct and dereliction of duty.

Public Notice of Status

Let this be my constructive and lawful notice:

Be it Known by All,

I, the living soul known by: Star: for the Family Hills,
acting as and in the best interests of a child of my Creator, hereby declare that I am a sovereign woman, free and independent of any corporate federal, state, local or foreign governments, subject to no man, woman, person, or entity and servant only to my Creator, and sister to all who wish to live in peace.

This is my promise under God's penalty:
“I hereby promise to conduct myself in a lawful manner, with no intent to do harm to anyone, respecting the rights of all living souls while exercising the full extent and potential of my God given rights.

I will not tolerate any corporate government agent or agency infringing upon my rights in any way including but not limited to any attempt to license lawful acts, tax my labor in any way, restrict my freedom or interfere in my private contracts or dealings with anyone.
I do not and will not accept ANY benefit from or obligation to, any federal, state or local corporate government entities, except under duress and/or necessity.


I hereby revoke and deny my consent, whether implicit, implied, presumed or otherwise, to be subjected to any statutory rule, regulation, code, ordinance, by-law, act, resolution, executive order, treaty, adhesion contract or any other attempt to legislate, dictate, mandate or decree any requirement or restriction upon my life, liberty, pursuit of happiness and all other rights which are mine.


I do not and will not accept any benefit or obligation from use of the private, foreign “federal reserve system” and any use of it on my part is strictly under duress and/or necessity due to the de-jure federal and state governments’ failure to provide for a lawful monetary system as required in Article 1 Section 8 of the US constitution.

I only accept gold, silver or other lawful commodities with intrinsic value as payment for any debt, public or private, as required of the states by Article 1 Section 10 of the US constitution.

All property held by me is held in allodium and in its entirety, complete and free from fault, levy, taxation or public use.

My labor, time and my right to travel in any modern conveyance of the day are not taxable nor subject to licensure, in any form.

The names/titles “Star Hills”, or any derivative of them, when associated with me, mine, myself, my or I, are my sole properties and use of them for any purpose by any corporate entity is strictly prohibited without my express written permission and fee paid.

Due to either mistake, fraud, duress, coercion or deception, social security account and number, RRR-RR-RRRR , was obtained without my full knowledge and consent and therefore is hereby closed, the number surrendered and my signature revoked on the SS-5 form which created them. All records, documents and instruments associated with this account are to be returned to me. Failure to comply will result in a fee of one thousand (1000) dollars of lawful silver money or the market value of the instrument, in silver, whichever is greater, per occurance.

Due to either mistake, fraud, duress, coercion or deception, California driver license, number CAnRRRRRRR, was obtained without my full knowledge and consent and therefore is hereby surrendered and canceled. All records relating to said license are to be destroyed. Failure to comply will result in a fee of one thousand (1000) ounces of silver per instance. I hereby declare that I have not, do not, and will not participate in commerce on the highways of California or any other state.

Due to the fact that I was legally incapable of entering into any lawful agreements at the time of its creation, The STATE OF CALIFORNIA birth certificate and related
records appearing in the file for STAR HILLS at the California Bureau of Vital Statistics or anywhere else, are hereby revoked, rescinded and void. Any accounts, bonds, sureties, certificates, security instruments and any other instruments related to this file are to be released and returned to me immediately. Failure to comply will result in a fee of one thousand (1000) ounces of silver or the market value of the instrument, in silver, whichever is greater.

Any agent, of any corporate entity, which uses any of the names above or causes any of them to appear on any document, in association with my self, without my express written permission and after having been served this notice will be assessed a fee of one thousand (1000) ounces of silver, per instance.

Any agent, of any corporate government entity, while acting in that capacity, which detains me, without a valid cause of action and a claim supported by oath or affirmation under penalty of perjury, after having been served this notice, will be assessed a fee of one thousand (1000) ounces of silver for every hour (or portion thereof) that I am detained against my will.

Any agent, of any corporate government entity, while acting in that capacity, which threatens, assaults, handcuffs, arrests, kidnaps and/or imprisons me without a valid cause of action and a claim supported by oath or affirmation under penalty of perjury, after having been served this notice, will be assessed a fee of one-hundred-thousand (100,000) ounces of silver per instance and/or 24 hr period (or portion thereof) that I am held against my will.

I, Star: for the Family Hills, hereby give official and constructive notice to all corporate governmental entities of my political status as a free sovereign child of the creator, living on the land.

Couldn't I simply relinquish all forms of formal identification (drivers license, social security number, birth certificate etc...) and consider myself a freeman? Or would there have to be a formal process? If I got a bill or notice of payment in the mail, couldn't I simply write back and tell them that that 'person' does not exist anymore?
