Internet will take over the TV

The internet is now the sole cause of many leaving the TV, to surf online for entertainment nowadays.
Did you know that the music industry is slowly getting killed by the You-tubes and so on. As for creating celebrities, just think of the story of Perez Hilton, who as a blogger gets more readership than those glossy magazines.

I think that is a very positive thing, too.

The internet is just a web of connectivity.

Not just the connectedness of this computer to that computer.

But the connectivity of people to people, beliefs to beliefs, ideas to ideas, experiences to experiences... seemingly different worlds of experience all coming together in one accessable 'place'.

This 'place' .. just like the Mind .. cannot really be localized to be here or there, but rather, wherever it seems to be :)

I've noticed how programs are far less creative, far more expensive and are acting really desperate. Especially the movie industry, they are dying:)

With Internet you can 'watch' what you want, when you want ...
not when someone feels you can watch - what we want you
to see - on our time (tv) - with Internet I have reading,
music, movies, when I want to fit in my time schedule.

Absolutely. It's like pay per view in regards to time, without having to pay all that much at all!

I think it's computers in general. I don't watch tv anymore (cant STAND all the bullshit) but there's just a couple of shows I like to watch, and I can do that in my own time with DVD's and my laptop :)

My life is inside this little box. But that to me is ultimately the most scary thing too...

The Internet: a new way to melt our brains! Yes! I was getting so tired of the old way. Thank you Al Gore... thank you for inventing a new, more enjoyable - and interactive way of turning our brains into spaghetti.
