Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this trend I've seen lately where people put stickers of the Nazi Luftwaffe on their car windows...I'm from England by the way...

Here's what the symbol looks like (without the swastikka)

It's probably referencing something else. The cars sporting them are usually run down minis and beatles. What do you think?

I don't drive but I do DIF and i have seen plenty signs of neo-nazis.

Like posts in support of Hitler, for example.

Are you talking about the iron cross or the eagles? The Iron cross, as stated above has become a very popular fashion thing. it was orginally started by bikers such as the hells angels but has really increased in popularity of the last 10 years or so. Its everywhere is the iron cross from rings to tattoos, beanies to stickers.

I think half the people that sport them have no idea where they originally come from but then thats just the kind of clueless society we live in isn't it!

The wrestler Triple H also uses the iron cross.

Notice also the skull in the center of his crotch cross.

Yes, I remember a car had one of those too...

I was also wondering, are these people skin heads inside? I looked in the car today and saw that the people didn't look like skin heads, more like the darker alternative kind.

The Beetle was also designed by Hitler...

this was always a hot potato among the vw community in the uk and the topic would come up on forums from time to time as the hippy contingent clashed with the custom stylists on grounds of taste. the general concensus was that the 'maltese cross' to give it the pc title was made fashionable in the hotrod scene in the usa circa 1950/60s and foremost among the paint artists was one Von Dutch latterly famous as a clothing brand. there are plenty of stories that Mr Dutch was an overt racist with neo nazi tendencies . . . . . somewhat ironic given that the clothing brand was most esteemed in that section of the community which he could not tolerate [ even to the point of suspected of being involved in a lynching ] as well as with bling pop stars.
one of Von Dutch's most famous designs was this . . . . .

supposedly inspired by the ancient egyptians

Hitler didn't design it, he gave the order for it to be designed..

In 1933, Adolf Hitler gave the order to Ferdinand Porsche to develop a "Volks-Wagen" (literally, "people's car" in German, in which it is pronounced [ˈfolksvɑːgən]). Hitler required a basic vehicle capable of transporting two adults and three children at 100 km/h (62 mph). The "People's Car" would be available to citizens of the Third Reich through a savings scheme, or Sparkarte (savings booklet),[6] at 990 Reichsmark, about the price of a small motorcycle (an average income being around 32RM a week).[7]

They've really brainwashed the masses if those symbols, especially the swastikah and the sig rune are allways being associated with *nazis*.
