All David's newslatters are worth reading but some stand out as exceptionally good. This is one of them, in fact it's probably my favorite ever.

It brought tears to my eyes in fact. It's strange because just last week I sang "Everybody's Talking" by Neilson in Karaoke. I fell in love with the song years ago when I first heard it in an episode of Only Fools and Horses.

Yeah it's a great read once again. The start reminded me of George Carlin's 'Ten Commandments' routine (I know David's a fan).

YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.

I love 'Everybody's talking' too. A great song from a great movie.

'Working Class Hero' in there too. Lot's a good linkage excuses. heh :)

Very good newsletter!

I hope from now on Icke goes on to explain more about consciousness and how it works as I think this is the next step to solving the mess we are in!

That's bullshit, the newsletters should be free. I guess it's not important enough for everyone to read them, but I could have sworn it was about informing people. Wtf is this money shit all about?

Fuck it. I'm not giving a penny any more. Instead of having tons of people have access to it, you only have a few.

I know. I laughed out loud at the jokes at the end, even though I'd heard most of them before and I wouldn't normally.

I know I am not PS yet, but come on. How is it bullshit?
The knowledge is free, but this man took time to write this.
Deep thought went into his words. Experiences had to be described, and possibly a bit of logic and reasoning had to help him make it sound good.

I understand you may feel that informing people should be free, but the medias for this cost money. And frankly, I see it as mutal exchange. He provides a service and an insight on world events and what is happening, with a look into history and the spiritual aspects.

Why is it "bullshit" that he must ask for small amount of money for this?

David has a good point concerning laughter, there doesn't seem to be a lot of it around at the moment. And has anybody noticed that good comedians seem to be diminishing, and comedy shows. It seems to me , they take a good comedian and plonk him or her in either a stupid hyped up game show, or have him or her play a serious role in a program on TV, not to mention the ones they have riddiculed, had set up or bumped off. This for me is sacrilege of a comedian. May be the Illuminati are deliberately doing this to keep us all in a state of sombre, after all, laughter is the best kind of medicine and is good for the soul.

They've stopped repeating the "Carry On" films on TV which is very suspicious. Maybe the positive energy that was coming out of the films, light-hearted wit was setting us a bit too free!;)

But Haggie some Carry ons are great (my favourite was the camping one), but to put it on all the time is boring.

It's a matter of taste I suppose.

But Gold is right in my view. Modern comedy is not up to the standard of that from several decades ago (in my view) and there seems to be a barrier now between it and us today. When did they last repeat The Young Ones, Fawlty Towers or Porridge? They used to put an episode or two at least once a year.

I'm writing an article on the 90's sit-com "the Grimleys" which will explore this subject in more depth.

After watching a carry on, I always feel really good, cheerful and Human:D
After watching French and Saunders! Well! I feel super Duper Human!
I love comedy, and I think they are suppressing comedy more and more each day' for sinister reasons!

Yes, they are, I think. Of course people have different tastes, but the consensus seems to be that modern comedy is less funny than that of 20 years ago. Not only that, but as you say, comedy that leaves you feeling happy and hopeful is going out of fashion; and fashions don't just happen, they're engineered (See John White's lecture on Edward L Bernays). There's still a lot of good satirical comedy and ridiculing comedy like Little Britain and Tittybangbang, but escapist comedy like the Carry On films is rarely seen today.

One series that I'm fairly convinced has been actively supressed by the censors is a sitcom from a few years ago called The Grimleys. It's set in the 70's in the Black Country. It ran for three series and the central storyline concerns a teenage schoolboy called Gordon Grimley who has a crush on his teacher Miss Titley, played by Amanda Holden. Unfortunately Miss Titley is the girlfriend of the school's sadistic PE teacher Mr Doug "dynamo" Digby, played hilariously by sketch-show comedian Brian Conley.

I'm writing a full-length article on this, but the feeling the show gave me was that the injustices of life and cruelty of fate have a funny side, and you can learn to laugh at them. The father of a friend of mine who died of oral cancer said "If you can learn to laugh at life's hardships then you can take the pain out of them". The Illuminati do not want us to laugh at the hardships of life! They want us to feel oppressed and bitter about them. They want us browbeaten and dispondant. This is what we're encouraged to do if we watch soap operas, especially Eastenders.

The Grimleys was very popular, but for some reason it has never been released on DVD and only the first series was released on VHS in a limited edition soon after the programme ended. Why? I had to buy a poor-quality second hand copy off Ebay and record the rest of UK Gold (and UK Gold stopped repeating it and missed out the thrid series)! That's odd, because if they'd brought out a full, mass market VHS or DVD set they'd have sold very well. I think we should consider that censorship might be the answer.

Maybe because people look at the past through rose tinted spectacles?

I loved the Young Ones to death when it was first on (I still know all the episodes inside out) but if you watch it now it's so dated. The characters just aren't relevant anymore. Also a lot of these old shows are pretty racist and sexist by today's standards. The Fawlty Towers 'classic' 'Germans' episode contains some pretty dodgy stuff relating to Black and Indian people nevermind all the German stuff which doesn't have a huge amount of relevance to people today. Watching an old comedy shows and hearing someone talk about paki's ('Only Fools And Horses') or wogs ('Fawlty Towers') makes for uncomortable viewing. Particularly if you're not white (I am white btw but I have friends I wouldn't want to watch these shows with).

I don't watch TV but I do put the effort in to catch recommended comedy shows some of which are great and some of which aren't. Stuff that's made me laugh in recent years include 'Garth Marenghi's Dark Place', 'The Office', 'Little Britain', 'Family Guy', The Daily Show', 'The Colbert Report' and 'Flight Of The Conchords'. Some great movies too particularly 'Hot Fuzz' and 'Shaun Of The Dead' and lots of good stand up comedy if you look for it (although I can never remember anyone's names).

I think with the internet there's more great comedy available than ever. You can watch plenty of old shows on Daily Motion, You Tube and obviously much of this stuff is out on DVD to buy or rent.

I'm not entirely sure why I'm defending television here :) but the idea the Illuminati's supresing comedy when I'm enjoying lots of great stuff without owning a TV seems strange to me.

There's some good satirical comedy these days like "Family guy", but the escapist comedy sdeems to be out.

Sorry, I'm too tired now to write out a full reply.
