I have just read Dean Koontz's Frankenstein trilogy. The evil Victor has programmed his brain data downloaded and micro-chipped, enhanced meat machines to 'turn them off' with a phrase of 4 words. Breathing stops, heart stops, brain stops. Gone in seconds.
