Here in Australia there's been a significant increase in news reports of children going missing, kidnapped or murdered. What's the betting they're leading up to a "micro-chip your children" campaign??

yeah ive been reading about it to. saw a very small article about them starting a "smart card" system for the kiddies to go to school with
