protective meditation is good (protecting your aura and chakras), see yourself surrounded by white, blue or golden light, whichever you prefer. Lightworker books are good and affirmations like 'I am safe and all is well' are very useful.
Authors like Louise Hay, Betty Shine, David Cousins (Lightworkers handbook) all useful for energising,
take what you need.
Eat well, try to avoid too much sugar/caffeine/alchohol and more fresh fruit & veg.

Also - the thing with mediation is that you enter into another brain state. Its called flat lining. I have read they can still play with you like a toy even in this state. Visualising aint too good either as you really do visualise. I remember once trying to get myself on the centre of a circle. Oh god it was so horrible - they just refused to let me do it. On the whole I agree with the last post - just keep calm. Do not rise to any provocation.

I find this amazing that we are playing into the hands of the nwo - by all this eastern stuff. Its part of it as I said earlier.
