First off you say life is a dream , second that we manifest things we think about dont you ? So lets take a look at this : Healing factor - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A healing factor is a term used to describe the ability of some characters in fiction to recover from bodily injuries or disease at a superhuman rate. The term itself is most commonly applied to comic book characters in the Marvel Universe, although other quickly-regenerating characters exist.

This ability is one of the most famous one of all the "special abilities" , seen in so many (sci-fi) stories , games , movies.By the logic , it should manifest in many real life too right ? An ability to heal from any physical wound in matter of seconds/minutes , even if the wound is so bad it could be lethal in our "reality" by any logic.

So the question is , is there any stories , reports , even rumors from "real world" about this ?

There are a lot of rumours...Jesus was able to do this when peter bopped a soldier with a sword...

I believe it's possible but only if you are able to recover the unconscious side of your mind.

I really loved that film Unbreakable it had a guy who recovered really fast...I'm sure a lot of people have it but only at a very slow level, though a lot faster than the average.

I have a theory about this.

How about making people manifest these abilities as fiction? Then you only believe it's on TV and in comic books. It's not real. "Get a grip!"

We all heard the phrase "You've read too many comic books" when people believe in supernatural phenomena (this is a famous sentence in Donald Duck & Co comics).

There are endless occult phenomena in almost every Hollywood produced movie. Why is this?
