View Full Version : Where do you live?
So yeah, where does everyone live and how do they find the communities round about them?
I'll start, I'm from a city in the North-East of Scotland called Aberdeen. It's ok and the I have some amazing friends who think along the same lines as me, but generally, everyone is so lost in their own bubbles that it is really difficult to speak ot people outside my circle of friends, christ, its hard to talking to the majority of my friends, but some seem to be kinda understanding which is a start.
Just out of curiousity and for fun. :)
Much love,
Ciaran

It's pretty cool. The suburb where I live called http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meridian_Hills%2C_Indiana has a lot of wooded lots, parks, and country clubs. It is very green and there are many scenic drives around.

Hi Ciaran,
I live in North London, you are right I think that it is is difficult to meet and speak to people about the issues on this forum.
Sometimes I think what the hell, I have to say my piece, and friends and family just have to deal with this, needless to say I am branded as a bit of a lovable nutter by some.
Sowing seeds I think is important regardless of peoples reactions at first, they won't like it, but at least you gave them a chance to think about it.;)
Its all worthwhile.
Of the few friends that I can talk with about our awakening of ourselves and to the manipulated world around us, they energise me as I hope I do to them, we have to look after each other.
I think that all of us have been placed so that when the time comes you can give those that will want it the info they need.
Also, for a few years now I have been consciously sending out loving and awakening vibes using telepathy, whenever I travel on the tube or walking through the streets, I hate the fact that people don't talk to each other here, at bus stops and on trains, this is something that could be worked on in every city, people feel very alone and are encouraged to be fearful of each other, yes there are some bad people around but they are in the minority.
(Obviously there are some who have had a bad day and just don't want to know, it will be obvious from the vibe they emit!)
Occasionally when my intuition tells, me I try to start up conversations with people (not neccessarily about truth activism, just normal camaraderie and chit chat) and after a few seconds of uncomfortableness everyone relaxes and most join in leaving the bus/train smiling! It just breaks down barriers! I have learnt this from others.
I have also done alot of busking 'down the pit' (tube) singing my own material and songs like Bob Marleys ONE LOVE.
I know good vibes always make a difference...:)

i live on a beautiful green island in the south of the uk! :) it could be seen as full of narrow-minded old school left brain thinkers n masons:rolleyes:, but there are also some lovely people here too and the pace of life here is slow and more relaxed, reasonably low crime rates etc, but as far as bubbles are concerned- yes everyone is far too concerned with theirs and its often hard to get anyone to even understand where you are coming from!! i tried explaining about the maritime admiralty law to a colleague at work today....she didnt believe me and as good as said...'you're 26...im in my 50's.... what would you know'?

In a very nice little village just outside of Wigan Town Lancashire England UK.
Wigan is famous for three things..... Rugby, Pies ( we get called pie eaters) and Wigan pier ( a crappy night club that churns out some of the worst dance music ever created) But it is mecca to some lol. Many travel far to be there.
And nearly forgot George Orwell wrote a book called On the road to Wigan Pier. No we don't have a beach and it's not by the sea, It's a flipping canal..... residue
left over form the Industrial revolution.

Thanks for all the replies. :)
can be a struggle round these parts, Aberdeen is pretty much hidden away in the corner and everything takes so long to get here, any ideas/music/etc. Its a bit of grey hell to be honest will very small minded people, not that thats a bad thing, just is. for example, one of my friends who I've known for 8 years said the other day that they LIKED local news because it reminds them from where they are from! I have never known NEWS to remind me from where I came from?! :O He also added that he liked Gordon Brown, and when I said that he was the 'king of spin', he said how he had watched a Panorama episode about Brown's spin and he thought that it prooved how Brown doesn't use spin! This pretty much shocked me as I watched that show and it showed how much spin Brown USED. Why would an investigative Journalist-type show have half an hour of prooving someone doesn't spin?! But he is so unwilling to find a level with me that I wouldn't put it past him just to say that to disagree with me, he probably doesn't even believe that himself. Just shows the mentally of people up here sometimes. So willing to argue points and play 'devils advocate' for the sake of.
Aberdeen is a city full of moaners and you can actually feel it. still love the place and everyone here, including the people that frustrate me to the point of ripping my hair out! :)

I'm from Scotland and live in the middle of nowhere (north of Stockholm, Sweden).
I'm surrounded by 20-odd dogs nowadays. All ear-marked for drug-tracking, people rescue/retrieval missions, all good stuff really. Training dogs to aid in saving lives. They are angels, the dogs.
At the mo people are here too. My ex-wife, my mates, my brother. All helping me getting through the loss of my girlfriend (a beautiful Chinese woman) and our baby.
I wish I had died instead so they could live.

Thanks my friend. Means a lot.
Labradors, Rhodesian ridgebacks, German Shep's, Dobermanns, Kelpi's, Terveuren's, Shetland Sheepdogs, Collies, Borders, etc, all the intelligent independent breeds present.
The cops and customs drop theirs off here for maintanence (training) and company, but my main interest is in retrieval of missing persons.
Courses for people lacking skills in being 'pack leaders' is a regular job, you can well imagine. The natural pack leader is the one who doesn't even try to be one, the one with enough to give to all and asking for nothing back.
Most people misunderstand that and think pack leader means bully. Human psychology transferred to animals is no good, eh ;)
Sorry I go on.

Wow border collies, labradors my favourites... The collie can understand over a 100 human words, and some of them are the closest breed to the black wolf. Guess you know I have one. :D
Dogs in packs understand what team work is all about ( survival ) fair treatment through out the pack is in all the dogs interests, no room for greed etc.
keep up the good work :)

Hey, could be why I liked you right away when I came on these boards mate; you co-operate with a dog and understand compassion without words :)
Labs can be violent, much worse than German Shep's. Same with Golden Retrievers. A bit too in-bred and keen, better for families as pets.
German Shep's or the Border Collies are the best and most intelligent only surpassed by the Rhodesian Ridgeback. Man, those animals are like humans.
I know, they understand there is no 'I' in "team". They all sacrifice themselves for their task and they don't stop and say 'what about my tender paw', or my 'comfort'.
We folks have so much to learn from animals.
" - But hey now. We cant. Because we're all enlightened! Humans, and all! "
Cheers e_t mate - really great to meet a fellow spirit on here :)
