Indeed a glorious place! The negative ions would be
worth going there to absorb. Not too sure about meditating
there though....wouldn't exactly be peaceful with the tremendous
thunderous roaring of all that water pouring down. I'd possibly
find that a little distracting.

I can't view YT vids from work:(, but I've been to Havasupai & it's the most beautiful place, those waterfalls are amazing!! We camped down in the canyon for 2 nights, swam in the turquoise blue waters & could've stayed there for forever!!:D Highly recommend it as a place to visit if you're ever in Arizona, it's a bit of a trek down the canyon (as it's the remotest NA reservation) but SO worth it. We cheated on the way back though & got the helicopter as there was much more hiking to be done, lol!:)

You are so looky to have been in such a place, I've allways wanted to visit Arizona and trek around the Grand Canyon hopefully i will do one day :)

Awesome scenery our dave would of disappeared swimming in his tracksuit there .Did you notice all the faces in the rocks many with what appeared to be headress or helmets on ? Simulcra definition a slight, unreal, or superficial likeness or semblance. an effigy, image, or representation:like the welsh mountains contain loads of dragons in the rocks .:D

I need to get out more, living in Hawaii. I've found that meditating next to rushing water is very helpful and gives a lot of energy. Sometimes I would curl up and sleep on the rock in the middle of the stream for awhile. Yes, it helps to focus and seems to be very healing. Love, angel
