from Icke ? or who ?
Because i've only heard this for the first time ever this week, since the attacks in 2001.
It sounds a bit bizarre, but then again, the movie Wag the Dog, explains tv manipulation quite well.

Really, SC Busted is probably not the best place to start...
No Planes was touted quite a few years back b researchers like Web Fairy and Nico Haupt. If you're interested, then google for Kill Town, he has a blog that will give you some good pointers.

Killtown will also give you a no thing direction.
No planes was a result of comic manipulation of the analysis done by reasonable researchers. Find a reasonable thread on a forum on the Internet where Killtown .. Web Fairy or Christopher have succeeded in doing anything but waste time .. = $$$$$

Please, please do not lump Christophera in with the No Plane Theory. That's very naughty Stan.

Heard it from who? You might just be mistaking things because people are saying none of the planes crashed.... As in none of the four flights that went missing hit any of the four places that the official reports tell us (flights 11, 77, 125, and 93).
I don't think anyone is saying NO planes hit at all, as in they were all holograms or something.

Of course eye witnesses must be the first ones to push the no-plane theory.
David Handschuh is one such guy. A photographer for New York Daily, he was right under the building and never saw an aeroplane.
YouTube - Broadcast Yourself.
I think WebFairy was the first to point out there was no plane in the Naudet footage (first hit). As for the second hit who was the first to come up with the idea, was probably one of Nico Haupt, Gerard Holmgren, Still Diggin. Most of these researchers that im aware are not active anymore.
I think Icke believes in planes, but its good that people are start to realising what technology is out there e.g. harp, energy weapons and is certainly likely that they put on a magic show on the morning of 9/11.
This 2 me has never been explained how this video can by scientifically possible.

At the angle of approach, he was not able to see the plane from where he was located.
