This might sound silly but I have been dumbed down severally. I have a I.Q of 88 which causes me to have trouble learning. I am unable to question government based on the fact that I have no idea on how to do it. How can one tell if she or he has been dumbed down? What can I do about it?

"Dumbing Down" is unlikely to specifically lower your IQ although it can limit a person's uintellectual abilities. It simplifies, degrades and trivialises, making a person mentally lazy, gullible and with a limited attention span, among other things.

That's a good question! I went through a period of being extremely "dumbed down" after living on junk foods and doing too many drugs. What really helped me to regain mental clarity was the Weston Price diet. I haven't had an IQ test since adopting this diet, but would harbor a bet that my IQ has risen significantly. Here is a link to the site:

The other thing I would recommend is to eliminate fluoride from your drinking supply. This can be challenging because nearly all bottled water contains it.
But if you can get water delivered, there are some companies that will ship it to you without the added fluoride. If all else fails, try distilled water, although this is not ideal since many of the minerals have been removed. Another tip would be to limit your exposure to toxic chemicals, including synthetic drugs, and especially psych meds because they are the worst. And by the way, based on a brief glimpse of your other posts you don't seem that dumb to me!
Good luck and let us know how it goes. :)

What you have to do is become an obsessive. This will help you get out of the learning difficulty, practice makes perfect. So you must try hard do what interests you and keep analyzing and exploring new approach to your thinking. Try to put yourself into another person mind, and explore it.
Then you will re-emerge a different person, it takes time. But eventually we all do change for better or worse. You can change for the better, all that you have to do is explore.

I.Q. doesn't mean shit unless it's in the extremes. If you're between 80 to 120 you're pretty much within the majority. If you practice and refine your mental abilities in all sorts of activities (painting, music listening/making, math, logic, etc) you can develop your neural networks to be faster and more expansive, enabling more articulate thoughtforms to develop, regardless of I.Q.
Another thing, don't ever tell yourself you're dumbed down or stupid, EVER. Repeating that pattern of thought has consequences in the brain, it'll degrade your sense of self and worth and leave your networks of neurons to stagnate in the face of your hopelessness. Giving up mentally is the same as giving up physically. If you resign to "I'm just weak" you'll never end up pushing at those boundaries and limitations.

You make a lot of good points here. I once read about a study that measured the IQ of people before and after traumatic situations, and wouldn't you know, their IQs had dropped significantly afterwards! I think that anytime a person thinks of themself as stupid, or worthless or anything else that can lower your own self worth, this is a subtle kind of trauma and one that has the potential to destroy neural pathways.
The other thing is that IQ scores can be misleading. I think it's impossible for human beings to invent a test that can objectively measure intelligence since we are not omnipotent beings who know all the secrets to the universe. I like the idea of multiple intelligences, which would include physical, artistic and social abilities as a kind of intelligence as well. The thing about IQ tests is that they are weighted towards measuring the kind of left brain intelligence that drives our current society. Looking at things from an outsider's perspective, a lot of the traits we call intelligence today would not have been as useful 1000 years ago. So it's hard to know how useful they really are in the grand scheme of things.
I think that a more balanced perspective of intelligence would be one with more of an emphasis on a wider variety of skill sets.

Hey manz900,
Listen...your IQ is meaningless. Just because someone has a high IQ it doesn't mean they are smart. Believe me. It doesn't mean they are well informed or it doesnt mean that they understand this field of research. IMO I think they are less likely to accept this kind of info because they have gone through life reading the lies in text books thinking they are real. They then are programming themselves to be superior within a certain context of frame of thimking. I don't care if someone can solve the most difficult math problem. It doesnt mean they can build a bike or a car. A person with a high IQ doesn't make them superior to you or anybody else. Just because they are 'smart' it doesn't mean they are as dumb as a piece of drift wood.
Educate yourself on these topics and keep investigating them for yourself. You have not been dumbed down. If anything you are just in a coma. Sleeping. I am assuming you are just starting investigate all the lies and deciet in this world. That is why you joined this site and listen to Icke. You are curious and through your curiosity you are searching for answers. It takes time to learn and you will never learn it all. All you can do is try to keep up.

I think some of you aren't listening to the OP, he's saying he has trouble learning and even his logical thinking doesn't seem to be functioning correctly if he can't question governament.
I recommend a good notrition start with that, then a lot of exercices read some good books exercice your brain with critical thinking of everything, do research don't take what you read for granted. Don't be a lazy thinker go for it no matter how hard it looks, discuss stuff on the boards etc.
As some said before IQ tests aren't everything, surely if you improve your thinking you'll get better results but don't rely on them too much, I sure don't even though I've scored pretty good on mine.
