CoQ10 and Inositol

I was wondering whether you could give your opinion about the two above supplements. You mention CoQ10 elsewhere on the forum.

Today in the Daily Mail they mention CoQ10 as a supplement to fight cancer -

I read about Inositol last week and Holland and Barrett are selling it - but dont know much about it.

Some of the CoQ10 on sale is poor quality in my view. Not all CoQ10 is obtained in the same way, and some of it on sale maybe next to useless.
