Hey, everyone,
I don't post in this sub-forum often, but recently I turned eighteen and for the past few years I have wanted to have past life therapy, readings etc to see who I was in a past life.
Has anybody here had a meeting with a psychic (or whoever) to find out who they were in a past life? What did they tell you? Was it worth it?
I feel a strong connection to the Titanic and the Edwardian era in general.
Thanks

Yip. I've had some readings done, and had a past life regression done.
You can regress yourself as well.
The trick is to follow the stream of thought. If you are looking for specific answers, then the stream of thought will turn into a set path, and will lead you straight to your answers/past lives.

I'm not sure if I'd trust myself following my ''stream of thought'' lol. This is all I've found so far: http://www.thebigview.com/pastlife/.
Apparently I was born in northern China around 1075...

I am sorry for asking such a perhaps obvious question, though how does one follow the stream of thought? Or better yet how does one get to this thought in order to follow it in the first place?

I am, however, skeptical about past-life regression. For example, from reading this:
Experimental studies
A 1976 study found that 40% of hypnotizable subjects described new identities and used different names when given a suggestion to regress past their birth.[15] In the 1990s a series of experiments undertaken by Nicholas Spanos examined the nature of past life memories. Descriptions of alleged past lives were found to be extremely elaborate, with vivid, detailed descriptions. Subjects who reported memories of past lives exhibited high hypnotizability, and patients demonstrated that it was the expectations conveyed by the experimenter that were that was most important in determining the characteristics reported by the patients during their 'memories'. The degree to which the memories were considered credible by the experimental subjects was correlated most significantly to the subjects' beliefs about reincarnation and their expectation to remember a past life rather than hypnotizability. Spanos' research leads him to the conclusion that past lives are not memories, but actually social constructions based on patients acting "as if" they were someone else, but with significant flaws that would not be expected of actual memories. To create these memories, Spanos' subjects drew upon the expectations established by authority figures and information outside of the experiment such as television, novels, life experiences and their own desires.[15]

It is extremely easy to regress yourself but before you have to ground/sheild before hand.
Ground/Sheild is a technique to clear your mind and to create a feeling of protection, very vital for Occultily aware works.
So you were interested in the Titanic and the Edwardian period, interesting?
Seems to me you were someone very well connected but persished on that boat.:(

Perhaps. I obviously wasn't Jack Dawson lol but maybe I was one of the wealthy people opposed to the creation of the Federal Reserve.
I also feel a strong connection to World War Two, but this could be merely wish-fulfillment.
I think David Icke mentions past lives in... The Biggest Secret? I think he said he was connected to Francis Bacon or something.

I used to wonder about past lives myself, now it no longer concerns me. Were I able to have lucid dreams which appeared to last 75 years long and all manner of delight could be experienced and everything be known, including past life regression...eventually I would want a dream in which the outcome was unknown.

I have never seen a professional mind twister for that :):p
Egypt, crusades and some other with me.
I just accepted the strange things, and I am still searching for some answers by digging in ancient scripture and history.

my advice is dont go to a pyschic. Look up hypnotherapists they offer past life regression sessions
