Meet Elwood, the World's Ugliest Dog (http://topnews.ap.org/dynamic/stories/O/ODD_UGLY_DOG_CONTEST?SITE=AP&SECTION=HOME&TEMPLATE=DEFAULT). He's a Chinese Crested/Chihuahua mix who was almost euthanized because his breeder considered him too ugly to sell.
"I think he's the cutest thing that ever lived," says his owner, Karen Quigley. "So ha ha, now Elwood's all over the Internet and people love him and adore him."
