you know how the worlds media is split up into PAL and NTSC

like every video game, there is one for north america and one for the rest of the world

just like usa is only country on miles and inches


there really is no reason for this, the world can be on one standard

but this is how they help affect the balance of the world consciousness toward their own intentions



take for instance a game street fighter III

at the player select/versus screen the characters super art names are in japanese, while for north america theyre in english,

so if your in france or england, you better learn japanese

just another example of how they split consciousness in little subtle moves

Pal is mostly european and NTSC is american and japenese and many other countries.

You make it sound like NTSC is american and the rest of the world use PAL. You also make it sound like America is the focal point of the world which isn't true either.

The UK still uses pounds, inches and miles too. Most of the british colonial countries are using similar measurements and demoninations.

The biggest contradiction is that the NWO wants the world to be as one (which most people complain about) and now there is a thread saying things need to be standardised so we can all be as one. lol. You can't have your cake and eat it.

Videos and computer games and media are all about manipulating markets and sales. There's no conspiracy there. It's freely admitted. People begin to over analyse and simplify things with this global conspiracy problem and makes complicated issues all wrap up under one nice little blanket.

Secam is another 'standard'. These are to do with lines and upper/lower fields within a tv screen/camera. The more lines and fields a standard has the better quality it is.

I speak up when someone says something stupid that's all. if you want to believe TV standards are part of the illuminati's plan of dividing human consciousness and (falsely) believe that the english version of Streetfighter III requires a fundamental knowledge of Japenese to understand then you go and knock yourself out :rolleyes:

i was specifically referring to the arcade machine versions of street fighter 3, there is one standard for NA and one for the rest of the world, and YES, all the text is in japanese, so ifyou are in engalnd you must know japanese to fully understand what theyre saying in the game

theres a character called GOUKI, a demonic warrior, only hell bent on winning at all costs (you can learn alot form this game btw) but in the NA version, he is called "AKUMA", now akuma is an actual word in japanese meaning 'demon' or 'devil' , but in the WORLD version he is called by his name GOUKI, so i got to thinking that why would they do this, there some explanations about ppl in NA would call him gook, as in derogatory to oriental ppl, but there are occult reasons for such a grand game as SF3, this is considered like hte best fighting game,
