Does anybody else here crack their back as often as I do?

Every time I stand up and stretch, I can't resist putting my hands behind my back, and cracking different vertebrae. It's partially for the sounds of it. I can't get enough, but it's always so easing to my body, like taking off a 30 lb backpack.

Also my ankles, knuckles occasionally, and my neck. And elbows, and toes.
I'm one giant joint crushing machine.

Anybody else?

my chest bone is actually one of my favorites ;oP

well i enjoy it. i think it's physically expanding if you do it right.
allows more room for my light being to come into my dna.

Thanks for reminding me!!!! *cracks lower back*

My main one is the lower back and my neck. My lower back I learned from a chiropractor. I can do it while sitting be streching sideways or while laying down by laying on side and bending the top leg then pushing on it. With my neck I just arch it straight backand it pops loud! I can do my nech more often than my back. Neck evervy hour or so back avery few hours. I like to think of it as aligning my spin correctly. I do my fingers everyone in a while. My knees once in a blue moon and sometimes my ankles crack while I'm walking without shoes.

Yeah I know what you mean I get that from time to time. Similiar to my elbows, sometimes when moving it out it will crack.

one that I have been doing alot lately is to squeeze your glutes together very hard like your cracking a nut between your cheeks and at the same time flex/contract your lower abdomen just about your bits, sometimes ill get a loud pop that feels like its coming from my sacrum. I often feel movement as well. A full abdominal tense with a deep breath slowly let out sometimes pops one or two of my lumbars.
