Lately I've been having the feeling that I am being watched, or followed. I don't know if I'm just being paranoid, but it seems that weird, unexplainable stuff has been occouring around me over the last month, and I can't shake away the feeling of being watched, no matter where I am.
Now, I'm not saying I believe in reptillians, and I'm not saying I don't, but it's not easy to explain the stuff that has been happening to me. I do, however, 100% believe in ghosts as I've had encounters and experiences with ghosts before. But this time is different. During my encounters with ghosts, I've never had the feeling that they were evil, or were watching me.
I do believe that I am more sensitive to the paranormal side of things, as I've had more encounters with ghosts and a creature (not sure what it was, it definately wasn't human) than anyone else I've met.
So, yeah. I don't really know why I made this thread and decided to tell you guys this (I do feel a little silly blaming strange occourences on reptillian shapeshifters), but I guess I just wanted to get this off of my chest. Some reassurance that I'm not insane would help :p

As for re-assurances of your sanity... I really wish I could help... - absolutely nothing personal here... I just sorta sometimes think we are ALL slightly insane, of varying degrees... - well that helps get me by anyway... :D
Other-than-that, there is somewhat of a factor of paranoia to the 'phenomenon', per-se... - & I think it mostly goes with the whole territory of Alien Abduction, yet particularly with Reptilians possibly; they seem to know everything about people, past, present & future... Also, of-course the feeling of being observed doesn't help much...

However with the occurrences lately, it's been making me look over my shoulder when I'm alone, making me feel uncomfortable no matter where I am.

That's the thing, I have no idea whether this is a reptillian force or not. They just seem like the most likely candidate other than the fact that I am just being paranoid.

Dude, ALWAYS trust your gut. Your fine, paranoia is part of our genetic makeup, we relied on it for thousands of years to survive. Just ride it out, maybe have a week or two break from 'the truth'. stay vigilant though, and above all: "TO THINE OWN SELF BE TRUE", peace dude:)

Ahhh right... "just read it / saw it somewhere they were bad / evil, so if I feel bad it must be their fault"... type of thing...
Suppose I could ask again what exactly has been going on, hoping for something of substance... Yet I suspect that quite expertly, in a fully-fledged 'Freudian slippage' like style, you have already factually provided the answer to your wee dilemma, above, in-bold... ;)

Dunno if this will help but if you really feel like this , always remmeber there isnt anything you can really do about a ghost causing you problems. So if it's gonna happen its gonna happen. Best just relax.
