There are hundreds of ways to create these disasters these days.
One thing I am certain (but can't prove) is it's definitely not a natural disaster

If we all investigate and bring back bits of information no matter how insignificant they may appear to us, we collect the information from all people around the world especially people from Haiti, or Haitians who live abroad.

This is a mass murder, and I know some UN agents were killed I am wondering if they didn't do a fantastic job that's why they were sent there to get rid of them.

I am absolutely convinced this is not a natural disaster just like the Tsunami in Indonesia wasn't.

They will get rid of millions of people this way.

A very unusual deletion can be observed in the archived data of HAARP
instrument readings from the day before the Haiti earthquake.
Perhaps it is a matter of time until it will get fixed with a simple copy-paste
operation, but I have made screen shots of it).

Set the date in "Chart Archives" below the today's graph to 2001/Jan/
11 in the window below the graph and see for your selves. It is the only
instance of such an occurrence I have discovered by looking through
other historical dates. Perhaps some other deletions have already been
fixed, I can think of date like May 12th 2008 or December 26th 2004.

Everyone please read this patent paper in the search for oil. Manmade siesmic signals occur when searching for oil between 2 to 5 Hz. HAARP uses ELF in this range known as infrasonic waves or very low frequencies. Director of Public Relations Rich Garcia at HAARP said HAARP can be used to search for oil. Haiti has a larger oil reservoir than Venezuela.

Born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, Nikola Tesla is one of the 20th century’s greatest scientists. A prodigious inventor of electronic devices and pioneer of free energy, Tesla never gained the recognition he deserved because his scientific breakthroughs were deemed too ‘sensitive’ by the corporate and government powers of the day.

In a book entitled Tesla – The Lost Inventions, a section is headed “Man-Made Earthquake”. It discloses Tesla’s fascination with the power of resonance and how he experimented with it not only electrically but on the mechanical plane as well. In his Manhattan lab, Tesla built mechanical vibrators and tested their powers. One experiment got out of hand.

Tesla attached a powerful little vibrator driven by compressed air to a steel pillar. Leaving it there, he went about his business. Meanwhile, down the street, a violent quaking built up, shaking down plaster, bursting plumbing, cracking windows, and breaking heavy machinery off its anchorages.

Tesla’s vibrator had found the resonant frequency of a deep sandy layer of subsoil beneath his building, setting off a small earthquake. Soon Tesla’s own building began to quake. It is reported that just as the police broke into his lab, Tesla was seen smashing the device with a sledge hammer, the only way he could promptly stop it.

In a similar experiment, on an evening walk through the city, Tesla attached a battery powered vibrator, described as being the size of an alarm clock, to the steel framework of a building under construction. He adjusted it to a suitable frequency and set the structure into resonant vibration.

The structure shook, and so did the earth under his feet. Tesla later boasted he could shake down the Empire State Building with such a device. If this claim was not extravagant enough, he went on to say a large-scale resonant vibration was capable of splitting the Earth in half.

An article from the July 11, 1935 issue of the New York American entitled ‘Tesla’s Controlled Earthquakes’, stated Tesla’s “experiments in transmitting mechanical vibrations through the Earth – called by him ‘the art of telegeodynamics’ – were roughly described by the scientists as a sort of controlled earthquake.”

According to the article, electromagnetic signals of certain frequencies can be transmitted through the Earth to form standing waves in the Earth itself. In certain cases, coherence to this standing wave can be induced wherein a fraction of the vast, surging electromagnetic current of the Earth itself feeds into and augments the induced standing wave.

ABSTRACT

Remote sensing of the Earth's crust using low frequency radio waves has been understood and applied for several years. The paper describes an application in which the generation of these low frequency probing waves are more favorably under the control of the experimenter and provides much more flexibility in carrying out probing of the Earth's crust. High power ionospheric modification facilities or “ionospheric heaters” as they are sometimes called can be used to generate ELF and VLF by modulating the strong electrojet current system which occurs naturally at high latitudes in the ionosphere. A new facility is now under construction in Alaska that has rather unique capabilities to generate a wide range of low frequencies. The authors, using a lower power heating facility in Alaska, have succeeded in not only generating these low frequencies but forming arrays of low frequency ionospheric dipole elements in the upper atmosphere; when this energy is injected into the Earth-ionospheric wave guide it can he steered over the Earth's crust in directions preferred by the experimenter performing the probing. The paper discusses the instrument, the generation of low frequency waves and ionospheric VLF arrays that can be effectively used for underground propagation experiments confined to a region of several kilometers centered upon the fixed heater location. Such a technique can be useful for the study of geophysics and detection of buried metal objects



It does indeed discuss HAARP and what I found striking about it was the use of 2 - 4 kHz. Earth's magnetic field is about .5 Gauss and a nuclear resonance frequency of approximately 2 kHz occurs. Could this be the oscillation that sets off earthquakes?

Since, on the other hand, the earthquake-active regions of the earth's surface are also well known, it is not difficult for one of average skill in the art, at every measurement position in the vicinity of the earth's crust, to extract the local direction of the earth's magnetic field from available measurements or, if necessary, to measure it. No particular difficulties are thereby encountered since the measurement positions, as mentioned are fixed and their locations must not be varied.

It is known in the art that the local largely homogeneous earth's magnetic field has a magnitude of approximately 0.5 Gauss (50 μt). The earth's magnetic field B0 can thereby be utilized for the production of a proton nuclear magnetic resonance, that is to say, hydrogen atoms in the molecules of the earth's crust can be utilized.

FIG. 3 is an extremely schematic representation of such a proton 30 whose magnetization vector M is directed along the earth's magnetic field B0 and precesses along a path 31 about this direction which is coincident with the fictitious z axis of the coordinate system in FIG. 3. If one applies an electromagnetic alternating field H1 in a plane x/y orthogonal to the z direction, as symbolized with an additional arrow in FIG. 3, it is thereby possible to synchronize all the precession motions of the magnetization vectors M of all protons 30 in a particular spatial region. The frequency of the electromagnetic alternating field H1 is determined by the strength of the effective constant field, in this case the earth's magnetic field B0, and, in fact, via the so-called gyromagnetic ratio which characterizes the quotient of the frequency to the field strength for every nuclear resonance active nuclear species. With protons the gyromagnetic ratio assumes a value of approximately 4 kHz/G so that in the earth's magnetic field of 0.5 Gauss, a nuclear resonance frequency of approximately 2 kHz occurs. This corresponds to a vacuum wavelength of approximately 150 kilometers or a wavelength in water, whose dielectric constant can be approximately taken to be 9, of about 17 kilometers.

Measurement techniques to determine β and T can be similarly based on these oscillatory phenomena as well. Measuring the amplitude and phase of such oscillations in the natural nuclear paramagnetism of the formation would yield the same information as is extracted from the preferred embodiment.

To provide an example of how such oscillations could be used, if the magnetic field in the vicinity of the borehole is extremely uniform, the following method could be used to infer the natural paramagnetism of the formation. The PCU, or programmable control unit, shown as 64 in FIG. 7 may also be adjusted to control the relative phase of the frequency sweep oscillator. In this case, the frequency of the frequency sweep oscillator (FSO) is held constant and equal to the Larmor frequency of the nucleons in formation and the amplitude of the FSO is also left constant. However, the phase of the A.C. magnetic field is modulated in an appropriate manner to cause the excitation process shown in FIG. 12. At time t=0, three magnetic moments M 1 , M 2 , and M 3 are shown for various radial distances X 1 , X 2 , and X 3 from the borehole. At time t=0, the FSO is turned on for a length of time Δt. The magnetic moments pictured in FIG. 12 then execute motion under the applied A.C. magnetic field which has constant amplitude and a constant frequency at the Larmor frequency for the length of time Δt. The position of these moments at the time t=Δt is shown in FIG. 12. However, at the time t=Δt the phase of the FSO is caused to jump discontinuously to a value o 180 degrees different from what it was during the first time period. The various moments then exactly retrace their motions and come into simultaneous coincidence at a time t=2Δt. Therefore, if the phase of the A.C. magnetic field is modulated periodically, then a coherent amplitude modulation of the natural nuclear paramagnetism of the formation is produced which results in the amplitude modulation of of the earth's magnetic field in the vicinity of the excitation zone the formation which may be detected with an induction coil gradiometer at the frequency at which the phase is periodically modulated. The various parameters of interest in formation may also be measured with this phase modulation technique.

Anomalous Schumann Resonance phenomena possible association with earthquakes:

If HAARP is strong enough and I bet it is. All HAARP has to do is focus Schumann Resonant elf signals at 7.83, 14.3, 20.8, 27.3 and 33.8 Hz to a spot on the earth for a period of time. That should disturb the Schumann Resonance and create anomalous behavior. According to the study below, there may be a link to anomalous behavior in Schumann Resonance and earthquakes. This is a fairly lengthy modern study from 1999 to 2004.

The observation of ELF Schumann resonances in Nakatsugawa, Japan has suggested the presence of anomalous behavior in Schumann resonances (that is, the main point is the enhancement at the fourth (or the third) harmonic) at Nakatsugawa, and we have indicated that those anomalies in the Schumann resonances at Nakatsugawa are highly likely to be associated with the large earthquakes in Taiwan. This paper is intended to provide the statistical significance of those Schumann resonance anomalies in possible association with earthquakes in Taiwan on the basis of the ELF observation during the period from the beginning of 1999 to the end of 2004 (6 years). With the criterion of the magnitude greater than 5.0, there were observed 33 earthquakes in and around Taiwan, and the Schumann resonance anomaly is observed for 9 earthquakes (so that the anomaly percentage will be 9/29 (because no observation for 4 earthquakes)). Twenty nine earthquakes included 7 earthquakes in the land, while other 22 earthquakes took place in the sea. It is surprising that anomalous Schumann resonances are observed prior to all the land earthquakes. Two sea earthquakes from the 22, had the anomalous Schumann resonances, but these two earthquakes had the following characteristics (one was the largest magnitude, and another, the shallowest). The paper discloses the causative link between the anomalous Schumann resonances and earthquakes in Taiwan. Especially, the land earthquakes with large magnitude are found to trigger the anomalous Schumann resonances.

Abstract We present a theoretical model of possible electron-density disturbances in the nighttime mid-latitude ionospheric D region, preceding strong earthquakes. It is found that the electron density in the nighttime D region over an earthquake epicentral zone can considerably increase before severe earthquakes. The horizontal size of the area of disturbed electron density is about 300 km. The disturbance effect is expected to be more pronounced if a powerful VLF transmitter operates in the vicinity of an imminent earthquake epicentral zone. In this case, a very dense ionization layer of daytime D-layer type can be formed at the altitudes of the upper nighttime mesosphere and can give rise to the effect of strong absorption of HF radio waves propagating over the earthquake preparation area.

INTRODUCTION

Based on measurements of the propagation characteristics of VLF radio waves of the “Omega” phase
navigation system along paths crossing seismo-active areas, bay-shaped phase perturbations of the radio
signals, not related to solar–magnetospheric activity, were discovered in [1]. The statistical analysis of 1300
earthquakes with magnitudes M = 4.0−7.0 showed that such phase perturbations began to appear in
the nighttime 10−20 days before earthquakes. The confidence probability of the relationship between the
observed signal-phase perturbations and the earthquakes was about 90%. Phase perturbations of the radio
signals of the “Omega” system were most prominent before very severe earthquakes in Spitak (Armenia,
M = 7.1, 1988) [2], Rudbar (Iran, M = 7.5, 1990) [3], and Kobe (Japan, M = 7.1, 1995) [4]. Such signalphase
perturbations can be caused by a noticeable increase in the electron number density at the altitudes
of the nighttime ionospheric D region above earthquake-preparation areas.

In this respect, it is interesting to clarify how the processes in the source of an imminent earthquake at
the final stage of its preparation can influence the electron density in the nighttime ionospheric D region. The
authors of [4] suggested that such an influence can probably be explained by the generation of long-period
gravity waves similar to planetary Rossby waves as a result of resonance interaction between the seismic
processes and the neutral atmosphere. However, such an explanation seems unreal, since no significant
changes in the near-surface atmospheric layer above the epicentral zone of an imminent earthquake have been
observed so far. Meanwhile, excitation of planetary Rossby waves, even by various resonance mechanisms,
requires significant amounts of energy and momentum to be transferred to the atmosphere. Moreover, since
Rossby waves have planetary scales, phase perturbations of the “Omega” signals should also be observed on
paths passing thousands of kilometers away from the earthquake epicenter.
Evolution of charged components in the ionospheric D region is determined quite strictly by the
conditions of ionization-recombination equilibrium, so that the observed disturbances of the electron density

As for HAARP causing eathquakes - that's crap too. The Earth is damped - though in theory you could induce resonance in a hollow cavity the walls of same would have to be sound-reflective. EM radiation at LF simply passes thru.
