Electronic telepathy??

Hi all, this subject has probably been talked about here a lot but I'm not quite up with it.

I heard on the radio yesturday that scientists have for the first time communicated with a brain damaged person via electronic impulses in his brain. I dont know what this could mean but I dont think I like it. If this is now public what can they do we dont know about and how do I stop them doing it to me?? This may sound silly but do I walk around like they do in "signs" with tin foil on my head???

I did see a report on where they can take images from your brain by analyzing the blood flow and changes.. but only fuzzy simple stuff..:

So.. I'd say you're safe. For now. It's basic communication.. he can hear them but has to have another way of responding, and it's through thinking of various things that actually mean something else.. eg. think of the seaside. ok brain does this. think of a car.. ok brain does this. if the answer is yes, think of the sea, if the answer is no think of a car.

When priests and politicians start wearing foil hats, you'll know there's something to hide.

Too true. The older tech is released when they feel it's outdated enough. In this case, I think it may be a bit different. I'm sure if the PTB had full capabilities, they'd use it. There wouldn't be any free thought if they had it their way. As Batou has said, you're okay for now at least.

I agree we only get yesturtays technology, I've no doubt that we have google street , something they have probably had since ww2 only because they can probably see and hear inside our homes maybe our brains, I'm not convinced they havnt put something in my tv, or my hoover. Not that they'd get much from my hoover I hardly use it!!!
