Is it just me?

Does anyone else find this ludicrous that this man with all the personality of a dead fish is touted to win a landslide election?

Are people not fed up with labour? (not that theres much choice admittedly)

Just makes me shudder the idea of more labour.

Under the present electoral system, though, is there any feasible (and) appealing alternative?

David Cameron hasn't got a clue.

There seem to be no heavyweight, orative politicians willing to state their beliefs, and offer the electorate any challenging conviction as to their actions, for fear of how the people might react.

In fact, I think the electorate is less fickle than anyone, including Brown, might have guessed.

Well my main issue is ID cards. At least on that option a vote for the conservatives would at least be of some benefit for my particular outlook.

That of course depends if they keep their word on that issue.

+1 = double  look on the bright side, when the economy goes tits up labour will have only themselves to blame and hopefully they will be out in the cold for another 18 years.

There is no choice.
Whether its Labour, Conservative or Lib Dem they are all/ or will be ultimately working for the same puppeteers.
Our current political system has failed us, time for a change and a mass show of courage in the form of a public call to Dissolve Parliament due to No Confidence.
We have the time to gather support for a boycott of the possible 'snap' election, which will be fixed anyway.
Only if we try can we hope to achieve the seemingly impossible...
I am a musician, mother and truthseeker and I have had enough of this
charade, there must be some of you on the forum who are into law, or know people who are (ones that still have a conscience?)?
I myself have very little legal knowledge but I can only hope that if we get our heads together, even just focusing on the idea it will draw in the neccessary assistance.
The Cosmic help which has been promised I believe is coming but we still have to get our arses into gear to formulate a new way for society..
If anyone has any thoughts/strategies I'd love to hear from you...

COURAGE:)

Sadly, garnering large-scale public support would be your biggest problem. People would want to know what was planned for after the dissolution.

Plus the Forces have sworn an oath to protect, among other things, the State.

You Still think the politicians are in power? or should I start posting all the HMS ships?

You still think the royals dont have power? or should we really start looking at who has power, cos it aint the government, they cant do crap without the royals saying yes... and YES parliment can be dissolved with the power of the monarchy

your ruler is the Queen your puppets are the politicians your reality is an illusion

sorry i forgot to post a link to the list http://www.army.mod.uk/unitsandorgs/regiments_battalions.htm

Its easy to check for yourself. If anyone has a complete list of the monarchs legal powers I would like to see, I have seen a few and searched and found some but there was 1 I saw that I cant seem to find on Wiki

When you control the media you can tell the people what you want them to 'know' and manipulate the polls likewise.

I tried to fight inside the 'game' - I was a prospective parliamentary candidate for two of the anti-EU parties. We the people were prepared to do anything it took to get an MP elected - the hierarchy of these parties, were not....it's called 'controlled opposition'.

There is an ongoing coup for control of this planet. 'They' have all the exits covered - except one. Ultimately if you don't like what's on offer, you're a dead man/woman walking - eventually.

Sorry but HRH is one of them, as are the rest of the 'royals'.

However.....there is something holding them back that they don't want you to discover.....it's not too late but in the first instance it's every soul for him/herself. Once you've saved your own soul, you can try to help others - but you have to want to 'wake up' to 'reality' first.....

This is what 'THEY' don't want you to know as it will render their fiendish plan (!) useless.

Somewarez, I'm not really sure what point you're making by posting the names of the military units.

There are indeed a greater number of separate units (due to the regimental family system), but the Army is the smallest it has been since the 19th century.

I can't work out what you mean. :)
