Like I just mentioned on the other thread, its probably the changing frequencies of the matrix starting to break down. :D

True that but that could also mean that someone put them there. My opinion is that this one is some graphic manipulation. And his face is still clear underneath that glitch.

(in other words, why does it look like it's painted on the guy, and remain stable no matter what he does with his head)

We spoke with one of their technicians, a nice lady named Erin, and she said she'd never seen it before, but if she had to guess, it may have been caused by "tight radio frequency interference". In other words, only certain hues or colors or shades were affected.

We asked her what could cause interference like that, and she had no idea.

So it could have been anything from microwaves to mind rays, lol. It's certainly a bizarre video. I would try to find out what exotic radio equipment somebody in the area was using, and make it the prime suspect.

Bottom line: Nobody knows.

This video (the 9/11 event) happened at Lake Harriet in Minneapolis which
is close to the 35W highway, the one that had the bridge collapse where it
crosses the river to the north.

The earlier video with Mayor Rybak was, of course, also in Minneapolis but
I don't know where exactly. I also saw a third video (can't find it now) that
showed a close up of the bridge collapse debris and it had the same video
glitch in it.

This is NOT shapeshifting.

But when we investigated this bizarre "glitch" the nearest anyone would venture to give as a cause was extreme narrow band radio frequency interference. One technician told us that if she wanted to try to find the source, she would ride around for a square mile and look an unmarked van with fifty or so antennas on it. Another techie told us that he'd never seen anything like it in 35 years, and tried to blame it on YouTube.

Now we've seen this twice.

4. Both are 9/11 related

Well it's definitely the wierdest "glitch" I've ever seen. I noticed the area where these glitches appeared is also near the airport. If I had to place a bet on where to find sophisticated radio equipment, I'd bet it would be there.

what I find weird about the clip is tht the effect seems to creep over him with time - but it only effects his face - his hands remain untouched. Thanks for peoples response, only just caught up.

Exact same thing with the other video. It crept up slowly, and also affected only one side of his face. It's interesting, to say the least.
