"TWO people have faced an out-of-sessions court hearing charged with the murder of multi-millionaire Herman Rockefeller.

Mr Rockefeller went missing after arriving at Melbourne airport from an interstate business trip on the night of Thursday, January 21.

Late last night, Mario Schembri, 57, of Wallan, and Bernadette Denny, 41, of Hadfield South, appeared before a bail justice at the St Kilda Road police complex.

Detective Senior Constable Tim Bell told the court both had admitted to being involved in a physical altercation with Mr Rockefeller, which led to his death, as well as assisting or having knowledge of the disposal of his body.

He said Schembri took police to a residential address yesterday, where police discovered what they believed to be human remains.

Const Bell said Mr Rockefeller was murdered at a house in South Street, Hadfield, either on the night of January 21 or in the early hours of the following day.

he circumstances whereby Mr Rockefeller came to be at the home are still under investigation.

In court last night, Schembri wore a blue parachute material body suit with a hood and white sneakers while Denny appeared in a pink top and khaki pants.

Denny said she had injuries to her left knee and right ankle, which was bandaged."

This masquerades as good news, tempting the otherwise good heart into ill-fated humor.

But really it's not funny.

Even if this man turns out to be from the dirty pile, he is entitled to the due proccess you or I would hope for if we were accused.

I would also point out that even if he is from that family (and probably is) he may very well just be a money pig and have no known association to himself between his wealth and any loss of life.

She looked devastated but I can observe people pretty well(believe me or not believe me it is my opinion) and I feel that she wasn't surprised and she somewhat knew(not that he was going to be murdered but knew the possible reason). its just kind of a gut feeling I get.

When ever I mention something I mean what I say and as I see it, they wouldn't hesitate for a nanosecond about you before doing the same, lets wait and see how many more false pidgeons they release should we, their actions weather direct or not effect millions and is a form of indirect violence in my eyes, still the same outcome, plenty loosing out the few who gain for greed, but its all an illusion isn't it ;).

Indeed you don't get all this media attention for a missing person, people go missing all the time, but because of his name and business dealings it made headline news for a week. Those whole situation is very strange.

HERMAN Rockefeller died after a fight allegedly broke out when he turned up at a swingers' house without his "wife".

And the Herald Sun can reveal his body was allegedly dismembered with a $99 chainsaw bought from a Bunnings store.

It is claimed the millionaire's sexual advances were not warmly received when he arrived alone at a Hadfield house posing as "Andy Kingston".

During an earlier meeting he had promised to bring his wife, sources said.

When she didn't appear an argument broke out which led to his death, police will allege.

To the outside world Mr Rockefeller was a self-made millionaire and family man, but in the underground network of swingers he was known as Andy Kingston.

It was one of several aliases Mr Rockefeller established to hide his real identity, sources told the Herald Sun.

It was as Andy Kingston that he turned up at the Ministry of Housing townhouse in Hadfield, in Melbourne's north, late on the night of January 21.

After leaving Melbourne Airport, following a four-day business trip with his brother Robert to Newcastle, he was keen to get home to congratulate his daughter, who had been accepted to study medicine after blitzing her year 12 studies.

But his lust for a secretive sexual liaison came first.

It is alleged Mario Schembri and Bernadette Denny were waiting in Hadfield, but there was a missing ingredient.

In an advertisement he placed in a well-read swingers magazine, Mr Rockefeller told how he was part of a fun-loving "couple" looking for like-minded people.

When he arrived alone, things allegedly turned ugly.

Exactly how and when Mr Rockefeller died is not known and is the subject of a coronial examination. And because his body was burnt, it may be difficult to determine.

Mr Rockefeller may have been taken to Heathcote and while still alive in the back of a car.

At some point he was dismembered, possibly with a chainsaw.

His body was allegedly incinerated at the rear of a Glenroy property on Australia Day.

The Metropolitan Fire Brigade has confirmed it was called to check out the blaze at 10.20am.

Fire officers did not notice any stench of burning flesh.

The alleged incineration took place a day after Mr Rockefeller's car was found in Ballan, 80km north of Melbourne.

Police are investigating whether a tow truck was used to transport Mr Rockefeller's Toyota Prius to where it was found in Carveen Lane.

The Herald Sun this week published an advertisement Mr Rockefeller is believed to have placed with a swingers magazine. An accompanying picture was not published because it was pornographic.

Mr Rockefeller, 51, appears to have lied about his age in the ad, which spruiks a couple in their "late 30s" seeking sex.

Detectives are investigating the advertisement.

It can also be revealed that as Andy Kingston, his alter- ego who trawled for discreet encounters involving multiple participants, he displayed bisexual tendencies.

In a message on what is believed to be one of his five pre-paid phones, he sounds measured, pleasant and distinctive. He does not give a name, but promises to return the call.

Mr Rockefeller was the director of 45 companies with interests mainly in Queensland, NSW, Victoria and Tasmania.

Revelations about his secret sex life came after his wife, Victoria, told the media there were no problems in their marriage.

Three days after he disappeared, Mrs Rockefeller faced the media to make an emotional plea for help in finding her husband.

Since then the family has kept a dignified silence at their luxury Malvern East home, using the services of a public relations expert and a private detective.

They have denied any link to the famous American Rockefeller family, although speculation about a connection persists.

After Mr Rockefeller's body was found, the family made a statement thanking investigators and asking for privacy in their time of grieving.

Mr Schembri and Ms Denny have been remanded in custody to return to court on May 24.
