at work yesterday and had to do a test called orpheus. one of the questions on it was: do you think secret societies or hidden organisations affect your life? can anyone think of any reason my employer would want to ask this? the question had no relevance to my job. i only work in a factory.

Hi gorana, you can give this a try

http://www.thepsychometricscentre.co.uk/otu/default.asp

Usually psychometric tests orpheus and the watson glaser test
have to be done under exam conditions
then admin then go off and interpret you mean(scores)
z-scores etc...and put it into an analysis of your personality and IQ
I had to do them for my Level B psychometrics training
however it's not my fave thing as a tool of analysis
it's to general
eradicates individual differences (by the law of quantitative science)
and bands everyone into an average
but it's a useful tool for employers looking to
promote or employ potential candidate for job positions.
Goodluck!!:)
