The Pyramid by Les Brown, a down to earth pioneer in pyramid construction. Les used pyramids to grow vegetables (among other things) and achieved remarkable growth & yield rates, a truly excellent book.

Great! Thanks Garth.
I had an old book, Secret Power of the Pyramid and I must have thrown it out in one of my moves. I have been trying to locate a copy but hopefully this will have the same info :)

writing more then 1,5 jaar after the last post in this topic, I hope someone will notice my question.
I downloaded Les Brown's ebooks on pyramids last week and found something remarkable.
I used autocad, drawing the outlines of a pyramid by construction instead of calculation
and saw that the sides of his pyramids differ in ratio's from the egyption ones,
though les Brown claimes that his are exact copies of cheops' pyramid for example.
I started to wonder if I had done something wrong and then got the idea to use les brown's pyramid dimensions
on page 29, to see if he had the ratio's right.
And guess what: he hasn't.
The general base/height and side/height ratio's of the great egyptian pyramids are 1,57075 and 1,4945.
From less browns data on page 29 one can calculate that they are 1,5625 and 1,4792.
Given that he really built working pyramids he must have done something right.
Does this mean that the ratio's don't have to be that precise or is something else going on here?
Does anyone have an explanation for this?
